I booked three trips with them in advance, and I have to admit that I was a bit concerned when they mentioned they only accept Zelle to a bank account. However, after doing some research, I found countless positive reviews about them online. Their social media and YouTube channel were active, which reassured me. So, I took a chance—and I’m so glad I did!

They truly made my trip to Punta Cana unforgettable. The communication was outstanding, the trips were beyond amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Everything was just perfect! If you're visiting the Dominican Republic, I highly recommend booking with them—there’s no better company!

On top of that, I had booked two tickets to Coco Bongo, but due to a change in my flight, I couldn’t attend. I requested a refund, fully aware that their policy stated refunds were not guaranteed since it depended on the club. To my surprise, a few weeks later, they reached out to inform me that my refund had been approved! They went above and beyond to help me get my money back, which truly shows how much they care about their customers.

This place is horrible, we were a group of 13 they changed our rooms 2 days before we got there. They ask you for a $50 deposit in cash, told them to get it from my card which they refused. Only gave us 6 towels foe 13 people. Our air conditioner broke and when we called nobody answered, we went to the office and it was closed. At the time of check out they were at least 5 other people in the office with the same issues we had, one of the guys checking out was complaining about getting his $50 deposit back and the person in the counter told him he wasn’t getting it because he left a towel in the floor and it was wet. The guy told him the air conditioner was leaking and when he came to the office it was closed.... sounds familiar? When it was our turn they said oh you guys didn’t bring the towels back you aren’t getting your deposit back, i had the towels outside of the door folded i might add, so when I gave them back to him he was speaking on the radio asking the cleaners if there was something they could charge us for, unfortunately for him I speak Spanish.
