Sometimes you find a restaurant that you feel is going to be a home run then you go in and you find out that the owners and managers aren't quite there yet the staff on the other hand fantastic they did everything possible to make our dinner experience enjoyable Edgar our waiter was attentive knowledgeable and willing to do anything to make sure that we had a great experience. The challenges lay in the fact that they do not have any paper menus as well as having Wi-Fi that works to be able to download the RQ code so that you could take a look at menus on your phones the music was loud and it took almost 30 minutes to get everything organized coordinated after talking with the manager and one of the owners to let them know that it was not to the highest standards. The food on the other hand was exceptional the meat dishes the the goats the flat steak as well as the mixed barbecue platter was delicious for appetizers we tried the grilled octopus as well as the mini croquettes with barbecue beef absolutely delicious. The restaurant is colorful has ample seating and at this time no waiting my suggestion is go back to the basics put the paper menus back on the table get some of the technology to work better and just make sure you're ready to take care of the customers when they come in hungry and ready to spend good...

The manager comes out takes a look at me and says that they do have it. The whole experience felt weird but I was happy I got to eat what I order. I return the next day. The manager and staff recognized me and were happy I was back. I order the same plate, 96hrs short ribs. This time there was no issues. Today I return after 2 months from my first visit. I drove from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana to try again the 96hrs short ribs. When I get there I asked my waiter if they had it available. Since my first time I noticed some issues. He took a moment to talk to someone else and return saying that they didn’t have it. I felt the need to explain that I had drove more than 2 hours just to eat there and he asked me to wait a second. He goes to the back. Takes a while. Manager comes out a few minutes later. Then my waiter and he explain again that they didn’t have it available. The whole experience felt off. We had the short rib, stewed goat and the kids both had the veal with pasta, one with pesto, the other with pomodoro and as starters the tuna tataki and the fiesta nachos. All plates were incredible, really my new favourite place to eat in all of punta cana (foodwise). I cannot wait to go back. But, If I do not want mashed potatoes, you should be able to replace it for something else, the prices are not exactly cheap to not be able to replace a side dish. This was the only downside of the experience. Some simple grilled veggies instead of mashed potatoes would have made this 10/10.
