L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE — Local services in Aix-en-Provence

Firstly, I love L’occitane , this shop is very very nice however this time, I feel very disappointed! I went to the shop for collect my products on 22 Mar 2022 that I order online. And I would like to buy more facial serum so I asked advice from the lady that which one should I purchase ( I show her my skin) but she was very cold, no smile and said to me that it is the same, depending on what do you want!!! I was very surprised by the answer even my mother in law was very upset by the way she looked at us and talked to us. I do not want to mention this but may be I dont speak well French and I am asian so that why I been treated this way…. This is the second time with the same lady who had provided me this kind of service and this is the reason that I purchased products on line because I really cannot stand on the way she treated me. I went back today because I though that i might miss understood her behavior at first time but still remain. I was very sad and never expect this kind of attitude from Loccitane’ ladies! Great store! I hadn’t tried any L’Occitane products before, but we had a request to bring home some products from Provence. We weren’t able to make it out to the factory so we stopped in here. The store was very tidy and well kept. The workers there were so friendly and helpful, showing us different kinds of products, their most popular ones and ones they thought would suit what we were looking for. Having never tried their products, I left with some great products! I love their verbena line, it smells wonderful! The girl that was helping us also informed and assisted us with getting the tax free forms and making sure we knew about the promotions. We had a very good experience...

As a loyal client of L’Occitane products for more than 12 years, I can say that I have never been disappointed. Urgently needed my daily cream (Immortal Flower precious collection) on a road trip, and Diana ( I hope I wrote the name correctly) was professional, friendly and helpful. She gave an explanation in detail about the new product (Reine Des Pres- hydration luminous cream )in perfect English which I actually bought for a change. Until next time, Aix-en-Provence, and...
