We popped in without prior booking and were served almost instantly. Staff done quick pick of the ski sets according to our levels, that been adjusted in a professional manner. As well, they helped us to put the boots on. After skiing a couple of days we have desided to switch the sets to the ones of the higher level. Again, very quick and professional swap and we back to the slopes. Altough, after 1 day one of us went back to the initial set. No problem... At the end we ended up swapping boots, skis and whatever else. When it comes to payment the guy unloaded quite a bill on us... but after short and reasonable discussion he not only didn't charge anything extra for swapping but even knocked down entire day of rent for us....

I had an amazing experience with( Romain ) at Intersport. My friend and I had rented ski equipment for three days, but unfortunately, my friend got injured, and we had to return the gear early. When I explained the situation to Romain, he did something truly exceptional—he refused to charge for my friend’s equipment and simply said, “It’s on me. Just take care of him.”

I truly appreciate his generosity. Romain is not just a great employee but a wonderful person who genuinely cares about customers. If you’re ever at Intersport, look for him—he’s a true asset to the team!

The staff at this location are efficient, kind and knowledgeable. We showed up 30 min before our children’s lessons this get them gear and we made it in time! We also received some excellent food recommendations and when we returned later in the week to pick up some ski poles they remembered us and gave them to us for free. Returning was easy, taking less than 3 min and they are open till 1930 making it easier to get the most out of your last day. All in all the best and smoothest rental process I’ve ever...
