What an amazing concept!! Tarts - sweet or savory made from your choice! The magic unfolds as Kevin, the chef pâtissier assembles your creation as you watch (and drool!!). My savory tart was heaven! Wasabi mayo?! Awesome! My husband chose sweet, and when I stole a bite, I was happy to notice only the taste of raspberry, and a white chocolate cloud...no sugar! Only natural ingredients, and made by Kevin and Remi, balanced in your tart to perfection! Custom coffee blends and fruit juices also served. We went there yesterday for some desserts and tea. Loved the concept and the bakeries were exquisite!! We had some caramel peanut based gâteau and some lemon filled one.
