Given I've been here before because I know it's my mother-in-laws favourite chocolate and have probably spent wihtin the family a good 500 + euros, here i did not expect to walk empty handed. I went with my 2.5 year daughter today and greeted the two woman working - no response. My child barely touched anything before being grabbed by the arm and told to get out of the counter area which she was barely in. She then looked at some other area of the place, and some other woman screamed "ne touch pas" before the first lady rolled her eyes as if we were causing nusiance. anyway safe to we walked out straight and when my daughter started to get upset i said "ces gens sont mechant" outloud to the elderly woman. I am in Marketing and the number one rule is you treat your guests with respect and patience. You could have done many other things, including give my daughter some chocolate! I was planning to buy a large box for her gradnmother but now on principle will refuse to buy from you again and have told her to not go as well as any friends that will. Also, the chocolates are incredibly overrated. You can find better and cheaper down the road which is where we will be going...

I have been fortunate go to many of the top chocolatiers and this quite frankly is not one of them. Also the elderly lady who is the 3 generation owner should learn some business etiquette and smile because life is too short and it drastically improves the experience...
