Decent location, but the service was lacking, and the food was overly salty, especially the cacio e pepe pasta. We waited for nearly 20 minutes, and no one attended the tables around us. We even had to go into the restaurant to request the bill because we ran out of water. Surprisingly, the pizza arrived 7 minutes after the pasta. While the 4 fromages pizza was flavorful and enjoyable, I had higher expectations for the crust. It's worth noting that a 50cl bottle of water cost 6€, which seemed quite high. Overall, the restaurant in Saint Tropez left me a bit disappointed.

ANSWER: Is cacio e pepe ALWAYS this SALTY? Either you're being untruthful or you've never experienced a well-made cacio e pepe... I'm sorry for that. Neglecting customers isn't the same as providing a calm dining experience. Please, work on improving your customer service skills.

Our meal at Le Canastel on a hot August afternoon was simply - amazing. I've travelled the world and given hundreds of reviews, but my lunch was simply the best ever.

Yes, it was also one of the more pricey meals of my life, and I risked disappointment with the pasta with truffles ... and the meal was way above any expectation I could have imagined. Phenomenal!

Our son had pizza with a variety of spicy sausage, and while all pizzas may seem similar, he also gave the pizza the 'best ever' award.

Nous commandons un mocktail ( on nous répond sèchement : ça sera Virgin mojito!) et de l’eau pour mon ami. On sent de suite une gêne. Nous commandons une pizza, une frite. Nous n’avons pas encore commandé la bouteille d’eau il prend les cartes et nous dit : c’est pas « à partager ici ! » Sincèrement je n’ai pas aimé son attitude autoritaire. La terrasse est minuscule dans une ruelle et les tables sont collées. Tout le monde nous observe. À ce que je sache, je commande CE QUE NOUS SOUHAITONS COMMANDER et uniquement ce que nous souhaitons commander. Point. Si je veux m’assoir à cette terrasse et prendre uniquement une salade c’est mon droit non ???? Il fait 30° si je décide de prendre une glace dans un autre établissement c’est mon droit aussi non ? Mais ici ce n’est pas possible. Mon ami s’est levé de table pour aller le voir et lui dire de parler plus posément. Il a vrillé le mec ! Nous mentons ! Il nous a dit : vous mentez je vous ai prévenu de ne pas partager … Il hurlait Un autre serveur s’est interposé Je n’ai jamais eu aussi honte de toute ma vie. Une honte ! Nous sommes partis …… Monsieur, si les touristes de ST Tropez vous saoulent, changez de métier. À ce que je sache c’est quand même les touristes qui font tourner votre business La loi interdit votre façon...
