I have been a Louis Vuitton customer for many years and purchased four bags in the past twelve months alone. All the more disappointing was my recent experience with this store: I bought a scarf there in the summer, kept it in its original packaging, and only now opened it â only to find that, due to the staffâs mistake, it is completely unusable. At the time of purchase, the sales associate explicitly asked me if he should spray perfume on the scarf (maybe because I have ask for a sample of a specific perfume). I clearly refused. Nevertheless, the scarf now reeks of perfume. It is unbearably.
Because of the overpowering smell, the scarf is absolutely worthless â it is only fit for the trash. Even worse, the so-called âcustomer serviceâ offered no solution whatsoever: no exchange, no apology. I contacted the general customer service. They simply advised me to return to the store â even though I had clearly explained that I purchased the scarf while on vacation and that it is impossible for me to go back there.
For a brand that claims to stand for the highest quality and excellent service, this is simply disgraceful.

A week prior, Juliette, the sales assistant, reached out to ask about the products I was interested in. On the day of my appointment, I requested to move it forward to 11 AM, and Juliette kindly accommodated the change.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed and taken to the cafĂ© for a complimentary coffee while we waited. Juliette arrived promptly at 11 AM and provided exceptional serviceâshe was polite, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to show us each item we had inquired about, making the experience truly enjoyable.
We were delighted with our purchases, and after leaving, Juliette even followed up with a thoughtful message thanking us for visiting and wishing us well with our new items.

Since then my lovely experience with LV became a nightmare as they did not release a form to global blue . My refund is pending ( it has been 5 months !!!) because of LV not releasing this form ( we have sent all documents necessary to LV ) . Customer service is impossible to reach , the person in charge of our case does not reply to our emails nor whatâs app messages . That is very disappointing and we have lost so much time chasing anyone who could sort it out .
