I had the pleasure of visiting Halles Paul Bocuse on a weekday morning and was blown away by the lively market atmosphere and amazing seafood, wine, coffee, and cake options. While the market may not be as bustling as those in Barcelona or Mallorca, it more than makes up for it in quality and variety.
My standout experience was at Chez Leon, where the staff were incredibly helpful despite our lack of French language skills. We tried the oysters, big clams, and sea urchins paired with a white wine, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional seafood.
We also had the pleasure of trying Seve's Mont d'Or individual cake, which was a work of art with its layers of chocolate and mousse. Just make sure to grab a number ticket if there's a line!
And if you're in need of a coffee break, the coffee shop next to Seve serves up some of the best coffee and dirty chai lattes I've ever had. We ended up ordering two cups each!
Overall, I highly recommend Halles Paul Bocuse for anyone looking for high-quality seafood and Lyonnaise sweets. There are also plenty of wine and appetizer tasting tours for those looking to explore even further. Can't wait...

Ne pas hésiter à s’assoir pour boire un verre ou manger une assiette de charcuterie et fromage ou tester l’un des restaurants présents. Il y en a pour...
