We reserved an item and came to pick up 5min before the store closes. The person at the door lets us in, but then a person who announced himself as the store manager denied us the purchase saying they were already closed. I showed him on my phone 18:56 and told him the tshirt we wanted to buy was reserved at the cashiers, all we had to do was pay. He said the tills were counted and we should come back another time. I would have understood being sent away had we wanted to browse, but it was very upsetting given the fact we would have needed the stuff for the day after (Sunday) and didnt manage to pick them up...

Je tiens Ă partager mon expĂ©rience extrĂȘmement dĂ©cevante avec le magasin COS situĂ© rue Paradis Ă Marseille. Lors dâun appel pour un simple renseignement, le directeur du magasin, Jean-François Poggi, a fait preuve dâun comportement hautain, mĂ©prisant, et a mĂȘme eu lâaudace de me traiter de âdĂ©bileâ.
Une telle attitude est totalement inacceptable, surtout venant dâun responsable censĂ© reprĂ©senter les valeurs de la marque. COS est une enseigne que jâapprĂ©ciais pour son Ă©lĂ©gance et son professionnalisme, mais ce genre de comportement ternit gravement son image.
JâespĂšre sincĂšrement que cette situation sera prise au sĂ©rieux et quâun rappel Ă lâordre sera fait afin que dâautres clients nâaient pas Ă subir un tel...
