Rude woman runs the store. The day prior, I bought a fan with no issue. I liked it and came back to buy a fan for a friend the next day. They were bothered that I asked to see what colors they had to start with. I then quickly chose and left without opening the fan to check it like the day prior, I trusted it would be fine. I left and opened it just outside the store after taking the paper sticker off around it. It had a white mark that could be seen. She pretended to not speak English, but she must have forgotten she spoke English with me the day before. Inside the store, you couldn’t see the defect as much but it was there. I had only JUST purchased it minutes before and I even translated to make sure she understood that I only wanted to swap it for another. She gave me a hard time and was trying to wipe the mark off and mumbling things at me and being rude in her behavior. She wasn’t going to let me swap the fan until I pushed. It was only a 3 Euro fan that I just purchased. She didn’t think the make was a big deal, and if that’s the case, let me swap it and sell it to someone else. In the end, she gave me the example model that all the customers use to see the color of and it also has some other issues and as this point I didn’t care anymore. She also left me waiting for 15 minutes as she kept taking customers that came in after me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I rarely write negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with this shop. I tested the brow ink pencil and hesitated between two shades light brown and medium brown. It was hard to test as testers are not accessible and you have to ask the salesperson to give you shades one by one and memorize them. I picked the bright shade first but then found it was too orange and asked to change for the medium brown one. The lady gave me the medium brown tester and then mistakenly put a different DARK (the darkest) brown pencil in a paper bag and handed to me. I paid and I didn’t verify the shade before coming home. When I found out it was the wrong shade, I came back and asked if it was possible to change, I didn’t use the product as it was completely dark shade. Bijoux fantaisie bon rapport qualité-prix, tous ne durent pas très longtemps avant de changer de couleur mais une bonne partie. Au vu du prix c'est clairement correct. Les vendeurs et vendeuses étaient agréables à chaque fois que j'y suis retournée au fil des années ! Très belles choses et pour tous les goûts, idéal pour faire des petits cadeaux peu onéreux !

Seul petit bémol c'est qu'il s'agit d'une petite boutique avec beaucoup de passage, montre de son succès. A mon dernier passage j'ai acheté un ensemble qui devait fonctionner ensemble sans avoir l'occasion de tester car je n'avais pas de place et les gens étaient dans l'empressement derrière moi aux caisses, ça ne fonctionnait finalement pas et malheureusement je n'ai pu voir ça qu'une fois rentrée. Quand j'y suis retournée le lendemain matin on m'a refusé l'échange contre un autre bijou plus adapté car la maison ne fait ni échange ni remboursement peu importe que vous l'ayez acheté dans la journée ou l'année précédente ! Pensez donc à bien essayer les bijoux s'ils doivent aller de paire, quitte à rester un peu plus longtemps et même si les gens derrière s'impatientent, sinon vous finirez peut-être comme moi avec un ensemble qui ne fonctionne pas et qui ne vous plaît pas porté...
