this is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. Conclusion first, if you don’t want to loose your money, please don’t go here. There are two reasons why I am saying this. First of all, often when I go there one third to half of the treadmills are not working, and the equipments are often dirty so I have to wipe them before using. Secondly, and what annoyed me the most, is the service and the managers there. I got a plan from January to June because I thought I would be staying in Paris for this semester, however, in February I had to leave Paris for a period of time so I wanted to cancel my membership. However, the staff told me I cannot cancel my membership, and if I want to do so, they will not reimburse me at all. I felt like I was tricked into this whole thing and once I tapped my card there is no way I can get a single cent back. While this is already very frustrating, I also understand that maybe some gyms are just like that, you cannot cancel your membership. However today I got really angry when I tried to return my card (because there is a 50 euros deposit fee for the card). When I went to the gym, they informed me that they cannot give me back my deposit money, and I have to wait until June. However since I am leaving Paris before that so I cannot do so. So I asked if they can transfer the money to my bank, but they are unwilling to work with any foreign bank accounts. When I asked if you can help contact the person in charge of finance (because he pushed all responsibilities off of himself and said he cannot give me my money), and ask if there are any possible ways to work around my situation, he straight up said he is unwilling to contact the person for me. I was like excuse me?? This seems outrageous to me. To make it worse, the staff’s attitude is very annoying, he seemed very arrogant and unwilling to corporate at all. He was leaning back in his chair with hands crossed, and looking up and down me in a judging face. I felt really disgusting and disappointed by my interaction with the gym. Je ne pouvais plus entrer avec mon badge alors que mon abonnement courait tjs . Je l’ai signalé à F. par téléphone, texto. Je suis passée plusieurs fois à son bureau :soit il indiquait ´en salle ´ mais il n y était pas ; soit il était absent pdt les horaires officiels d’ouverture de l’accueil. Je lui ai couru après pdt plusieurs semaines pour m’entendre dire:’ Mais vous auriez dû me contacter pour le dire !?’. Donc près d’1 mois et demi perdu. En insistant (ce qui n’est pas normal), il a prolongé l’abonnement d’1 mois.Mais pas d’excuses de sa part, ce qui aurait été le minimum. La salle a des horaires d’ouverture élargis, ce qui est pratique, les vestiaires individuels aussi.
