Chocolate was as good as a decade ago. The asian lady (probably runs the store) was unpleasant enough for me to write a review. I had to wait at the register for a very long time before she finally asked me what I want. I was the only customer in the tiny store and she saw me waiting for her, yet she kept pacing back and forth, maybe aligning a chocolate on display, basically doing nothing more important than taking customer's money. When she finally interacted with me, she seemed very annoyed. (Mind you, I was very friendly the entire time so her attitude was uncalled for) I can't assume that she was having a bad day because she was very friendly and polite to a French customer that was leaving when I walked in. Nevertheless, the chocolates are still worth enduring her...

Ate the macarons (dark chocolate, pistachio, raspberry) that were incredible. Bought a bunch of chocolates to bring home and must say - the bars (dark chocolate from Brazil) and the truffles were to die for, can’t wait to finish all the stash. Next time in Paris I’ll stop here and give them...

Une collègue est passée chez vous le 16 novembre dernier pour acheter une boîte de chocolat noir de 470g, du très bon chocolat, pour les déguster à Noël avec la famille, mais malheureusement elle n'a pas vu au moment de l'achat que la date limite de consommation est jusqu'au... 03/12/2021 ! Déception et surtout imcompréhension car, vu que l'année se termine, la vendeuse aurait dû se douter que l'achat est destiné pour être dégusté en famille et entre amis à Noël ; à moins qu'elle a voulu écouler le vieux stock mais se garde bien de le dire. C'est une pratique à la limite de l'arnaque ! Mon amie avait confiance en la vendeuse, elle n'avait pas vérifié sur place, on lui a donc vendu du chocolat de... Pâques sûrement. Elle s'est jugé de ne plus jamais remettre les pieds à la boutique rue Vavin et de raconter sa mésaventure à tou(te)s ses collègues qui travaillent...
