Our stay at Juan's apartment was perfect. The communication was great, Juan and Joie team were responsive and accessible before and during our stay and they did everything within their control to provide us with a perfect stay. The apartment itself is even bigger than what we thought it would be from the photos and has all amenities that you need as clean towels, clean and really nice bed linens, shampoo, liquid/bar soap. The apartment was incredibly clean with comfortable bed and sofa bed, an open kitchen with living room with everything you need and more as a coffee machine. The space is very bright and cozy and the neighborhood very calm, safe and quite. All in all, it was a perfect stay and I couldn't recommend this Airbnb enough, a 5 stars experience for sure. We cannot appreciate Juan enough for his credibility, teamwork, and time management. Juan's sincerity and dedication impressed us far beyond our expectations. Without him, it was impossible to remotely complete our big renovation work and to set up our apartment only within a few months. Elsa also helped us decide interior design with her great sense and assisted our complex renovation & set-up process in closely working with Juan.

Such a lovely stay! My best friend and I stayed here while on our girls getaway in Paris. Great location, felt completely safe at all times of day. Cute little bakery next door, we'd stop by every morning and grab coffee and a pain au chocolat to start our day. Some Nespresso coffee cups were even provided in the apartment. It was so wonderful to come back every night and just crash in the space. Would love to use again next time...
