Kilo Shop Paris Saint Germain — Local services in Paris

Loads of items to choose from, and the store has many levels. It’s a little chaotically organised: eg. I was trying to find a denim jacket but they were located in multiple areas of the store.

The items have price tags that fall into different price categories. Eg. €60 per kilo. Which is actually really expensive for a second hand item. I ended up paying a lot more than I expected to, and I only got a shirt. Imagine if I did get a jacket. I just think this type of setup is dangerous since you don’t actually know what you’re going to spend. I think it would be better to just straight up put price tags on it. I’ve been to a kilo sale in London and the items there were actually affordable.

There are also no returns which is crazy since the “changing rooms” in the store were awful. The doors did not fully close and it was small.

Unfortunately couldn’t recommend, even though they have a lot of good...

Le concept est à la mode, écolo et bobo (je m’y mets dedans...) mais je trouve que pour être des vêtements de seconde main, c’est cher. Les prix arrivent jusqu’à 60€ le kilo : si l’on prend un gilet ou pull léger, on arrive facilement à 20€ par pièce, ce qui revient au prix d’un article neuf chez camaïeu, h&m, ou même mango ou Zara. Sachant qu’on trouve chez eux des vêtements de marque h&m ou Zara....quel intérêt ? De plus, l’antivol est pesé avec l’article (!), ce qui revient à payer plus cher. Enfin, mon article présentant un trou bien visible, j’ai demandé une réduction. Or, on m’a proposé une remise de 10% seulement. Remise de 2€ pour 20€, pas beaucoup pour un gros trou que je dois recoudre. Et encore: la balance test en libre service pour vérifier le prix de l’article me disait 14,70€. Bizarrement, la pesée à la caisse a décrété 15,50€. Mauvaise tarage ou fois ? Si l’on rajoute que les articles sont tous froissés, entassés l’un sur l’autre, ce qui rend parfois pénible de les visionner, et mis sur les rayons sans logique de présentation apparente, présentant souvent des signes bien visibles de portage (peluches, couleurs ternes, tissus raidis...)...je me demande...quel intérêt ? On veut être écolos mais...

This store is very nice, you can buy clothes by kilo, the price of each cough it's divided in many categories, for example, green, orange, blue, red. And each category had different price per kilo, for example, green category costs 15 euro per kilo, so, if you want to buy a cloth, you can weight it there and calculate the price depending the category.
