I wanted to go to a hammam while we were in Paris and I found this absolutely LOVELY place about a 5 minute walk from the Arc Du Triumph. My husband and I were able to get an appointment on short notice. We did the oriental Duo which included the steam, scrub and massage. The steam room was just for us, so very private. We had a fabulous sweat to get out the toxins. Then a very comfortable and clean body scrub which felt so good. And finally, a short massage (I would recommend getting a longer massage as they women are very good). This is just what we needed for our last day in Paris. The women were so kind and attentive. Je suis venu dans ce hammam dans le but de faire un gommage qualitatif avant mes vacances comme j’ai l’habitude au Maroc. On m’a mis dans un hammam pour une durée de 30 minutes, j’en ai donc profitez pour utiliser mon masque a cheveux et mon shampoing car normalement un hammam est dans un premier temps fait pour prendre soin de sa peau et ses cheveux et se laver dans une pièce chaude et humide. Ensuite la dame est arrivé et ma sorti du hammam pour le gommage.. Quand elle a vu mes produits elle m’a dit que c’était strictement interdit de ramener des produits à l’intérieur (???). le gommage a eu lieu a l’extérieur du hammam, en face, donc plus dans le climat chaud et humide recherchée. Quelle surprise quand la dame me dit qu’un homme va venir entrer dans le hammam pendant que j’étais en culotte en train de me faire gommer. Elle a dit qu’il ne me verrait pas et elle a mis le drap sur moi mais c’était très malaisant. Le gommage n’était malheureusement pas complet car je sentait encore que j’avais des peaux mortes. Quand je lui dit que je veux continuer le gommage seul pour faire les endroits qu’elle n’a pas fait (visage, pied, encore sur les jambes… ), elle me dit que non c’était ça le gommage et elle m’envoie à la douche .
