Worst experience I ever had with any fashion brand. Placed my first order for a shoe that was over 400âŹ. Two days later, they had a big sale, the shoe was more than 50% off. I asked them what they could do, they said nothing, so I ended up placing a second order to return the first one. This already is such an unsustainable, ridiculous practice which causes more emissions, cost and work on alls ides. Then, when I wanted to return the second pair too, as the fit was not good and the shoe arrived wrinkly, they told me items on sale can only be returned for store credit, which is illegal under EU law. They then went on to tell me, that they won't accept my return, if the shoe box is damaged, which again is against EU law.
But the story doesn't end here: I wanted to return the second pair, but the barcode wasn't accepted in any parcel shop. I spent an hour going to several parcel shops only to realize, they had sent me the same return label twice, meaning I wasn't able to use it. I then went back to explain their mistake to them, only for them to circle back to me and tell me, it was my mistake, since they assumed I didn't go to the right parcel shops. Only when I provided screenshots to prove that they sent the same return label twice, they believed me and provided me with the correct return label. When I asked them to deduct the 15⏠return fee for all the trouble they had caused me, my request was simply ignored.
