AVOID!!!! We booked 4 nights through Vrbo, processing the payment was painful because they sent a link for payment not through Vrbo which made me think maybe a scam but when talked to Vrbo, they said Host can do that and it is not scam. Credit card kept declining the payment and after several calls had it done. Then we received a list of check in info and possible fees for hours check in (even though check in is contactless) and out and how very strict steps how to wash and put up dishes and etc which was not mentioned in listing. Upon arrival after long traveling, apartment was DIRTY & DISGUSTING!! We contacted their emergency number many times to get them to answer. There was no other available apartment we told and we had to wait couple hours for the cleaning. We put back our luggage in the car and wondered in streets didn't feel very safe for hours. Finally we got a text and got in after 9pm. It was not very clean. Dirty door & cabinets knob and light switches, dirty cups with lip marks, dirty silverware etc which we found out for checkout info that guests had to wash and put up they dishes which explains the condition. So I had to disinfect all switches and knobs and wash all what we used. There was not even a salt. Contacted them many times afterward via emails and phone calls but no response. Later we found out that there is big time MOLD and the ceiling over the shower ALL MOLD. Felt bad during the stay, kids had bad allergies and red itchy eyes. One day the fire alarm went off in the building and us and other guest called their emergency number and no one replied, we all got locked out of our apartments and nobody knew what happened and nobody checked on us. I will file a complaints through Vrbo but I don't think it will do anything since they payment was not processed thought them. I don't recommend Vrbo as well, we have used Airbnb with great experience for years and no single complaints and this was our first trip trying Vrbo for two stays out of 8 and seams you don't get any protection here. We asked for a partial refund for the late check in due to uncleaned apartment and the cleaning fee since it was poorly cleaned and then the mold and not as described in which we didn't receive a single reply. Some pics attached of the apartment after cleaning. AVOID...
Read moreI've used Parisian Home on my last 3 trips to Paris, and I have absolutely no complaints. Everything from the search and booking process to checking out was seamless.
When booking, I received immediate responses. I said I was arriving early on Friday morning, and they had the keys ready for me when I arrived at the agence. When I arrived at my apartment - I found it easy to access, and it was very clean and prepared for me. They were missing a mirror, so I called to ask for it to be replaced, and they did so immediately.
The apartment itself far surpassed my expectations. While small (it's Paris), it was recently redone with new furniture, working and modern appliances, plenty of hot water, working heater, brand new windows, sheets - everything a hotel would offer, and more, all for much less money. These are the references numbers for the apartments I've stayed in, and I highly recommend all of them: S02468, S02005, S02924.
Upon leaving, I asked if I could leave my suitcase at their office after I checked out of my apartment. I wasn't leaving Paris until the evening, and I wanted another day to explore the city without my bag. They kindly obliged and held my suitcase at the office all day!
I think what I like most about this company is the attention to detail - chocolates, a bottle of wine, sponge for the sink, washing machine in every apartment - it offers something a hotel doesn't, in a great location, for a good price. I stay with Parisian Home every time I come to Paris and I would recommend it highly to anyone...

Nestled in the heart of Paris on the vibrant Rue Montorguel, this Airbnb is a gem that offers the quintessential Parisian experience. With its prime location, guests are privy to a plethora of great restaurants, iconic patisseries, convenient pharmacies, and local grocery stores. The best part? You're a mere 13 to 15-minute stroll away from the majestic Louvre and surrounded by the city's top attractions.
Despite its central location, the apartment provides a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed stay. The interior reflects the online photos accurately, boasting comfortable beds and a remarkable level of cleanliness that's sure to impress.
There's always room for improvement, of course. A suggestion for the host would be to stock up on essentials like toilet paper proportionate to the guests' number and length of stay to avoid any inconveniences. Additionally, an English instruction manual for the appliances would be a thoughtful touch for international travelers unacquainted with French devices (heater, washing machine , etc.).
In sum, this Airbnb is highly recommended for those seeking a comfortable and authentic Parisian sojourn. It's a place I look forward to returning to on my next visit to the City of Lights.
Sorry, didn’t have photos of the actual room but we posted a video story...
