Pharmacie Internationale Place Pigalle — Local services in Paris

I needed to buy 10 lip-sticks of the brand “Labello” (original version) or in french stick a lèvres Labello for a friend in UK that asked me to buy them. I am staying 3 min walking from this pharmacy so I decided to enter and asked if they had the lipstick. They said yes and I bought the 10 units, each unit cost me €5.90. Afterwards, I went to do my grocery shopping to a Carrefour nearby and looked for the same brand and found the price was €3.21 (and they even came 2 for 1). I then decided that I would go and get reimbursed to the pharmacy. The two women in the counter told me that they couldn’t do this and that I needed to come back at 16h00 when the owner came. I went back at 16h00 and the owner said that their policy was not to receive items that were already sold. When I explained I wouldn’t have had any issue if I had bought 1 chapstick but I had buy 10 and that the price in Carrefour was 80% less he said I couldn’t compare a pharmacy to a supermarket. I am attaching here the photos of the two places and you can see the price difference! As I read through the comments below I understand that this pharmacy is a tourist trap and I strongly recommend people going somewhere else as there is no customer...

Par ou commencer? Je me rend à la pharmacie faisant une crise d'hypoglycémie en expliquant ma situation au pharmacien. Je lui demande très gentiment et poliment un simple sucre ou quelque chose pour m'aider car je faisais un malaise a moitié et je tenais a peine debout. Ce brave monsieur en tant que pharmacien me dit c'est une pharmacie ici pas une épicerie vas a côté il y aura du sucre. Alors que je vous le rappel c'est non assistance à personne en danger car j'aurais très bien pu m'écrouler dans la pharmacie que ce monsieur n'aurait pas bougé un pouce. De plus c'est son métier je comprend que la fête de la musique soit énervante mais je n'étais en aucun cas agressif avec lui ou bien désobligeant. La personne était un pharmacien a la peau mate. Franchement je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds en espérant...

N’Y ALLEZ PAS !!! Je suis étudiante, j’ai donc un petit budget. Je suis allée chercher ma pilule (Diane 35) la bas vers 21h. Je m’attendais à un prix plus élevé car il est tard. Arrivée en caisse : 44€ ! Choquée, je lui demande pourquoi c’est aussi cher et me répond « bah je sais pas » en haussant les sourcils... N’ayant pas le choix, je la prends. Je reviens 10min après en demandant le générique (car oui j’ai regretté de l’avoir payé 44€..). Le pharmacien me donne le générique, 6€ moins cher. (Il n’a pas voulu me rembourser) Il me promet qu’une partie sera remboursée, ce qui est faux !!! BREF. Les employés sont INCOMPÉTENTS, DESAGREABLES, ANTIPATHIQUES. J’en n’y mettrais plus les pieds et je souhaite que personne n’y aille, au risque de se faire prendre de haut, juger...
