After extensive research and careful consideration of various factors, we finally decided on our hotel, and I’m happy to say we were pleased with our choice. We used a map to eliminate areas based on budget to narrow down our options. Given the attractions we wanted to visit and accessibility, we zeroed in on the 9th and 10th arrondissements as the best areas for our stay.
Booking We compared rates, cancellation policies, and refund options on Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and the hotel’s official website. Ultimately, we found the best deal directly through the hotel’s website, and the booking process was simple and straightforward. The hotel cost us around Euro 225 per night, and we appreciated the convenience of the pay-at-hotel option.
A few days before our arrival, the hotel emailed us requesting some details and our estimated check-in time. They also informed us about an early check-in option at an additional charge, which we opted not to use.
Arrival and Check-in We took a government-approved cab from the Charles de Gaulle Airport and reached the hotel in an hour. The cab ride cost us Euro 56 – a fixed rate from CDG to any location on the right bank of the river Seine.
We arrived at the hotel around noon and were pleasantly surprised to get our room by 12:30 PM, much earlier than we expected. Before check-in, the hotel required full payment, including the additional city taxes per night per guest.
The reception area was clean and tidy, with a luggage room available for storage. The elevator was quite small and very slow but functional.
Breakfast Breakfast was served in a cozy underground café, offering a decent spread of fruits, tea, coffee, cereal, milk, juice, bread, butter, croissants, marmalades, honey, yogurt, various kinds of cheese, eggs, pancakes or waffles, muffins, ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and more. It was more than enough to start the day.
Overall Service The hotel staff were attentive and responsive. After 5 p.m., housekeeping services were unavailable, but the receptionist was very helpful, assisting us in communicating with our French-speaking Uber driver and recommending a few local restaurants.
Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.

Read moreUpon our last minute booking, we had to split our rooms based on what they had available. Our first room was all they had available..the “cozy” room. It is very small even by Paris standards. One side of the queen (full?) bed is against the wall so the person on that side has no place to set phone, eyeglasses etc. We have a travel van so we’re used to tight sleeping conditions so this wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise we had no real issues. AC was cold and room was clean. If you’re single or a couple with either one large suitcase or two smaller bags, you should be fine. You’ll basically be living out of your suitcase since they have a small modular “closet” for hanging clothes, but no actual drawers/shelves for clothes. After a couple days, when it was time to switch to the larger room (based on what was available when we booked), they offered us an upgrade from the Comfort room to the Privilege room at no extra cost! That room is larger, allows access on both sides of the bed, and includes a mini fridge. Zero issues! All the staff are friendly and helpful. There is some slight noise from outside like vehicles, horns, etc, but nothing that kept us up at night. We slept like babies. I took my portable white noise machine that sounds like an AC blower motor “whirring” which muted most outside noises. We almost never buy breakfast at hotels, so can’t comment on that. This hotel is one block from the hustle and bustle of the Moulin Rouge/sex shops district, which is where you’ll likely be accessing the metro and buses. Lots of good restaurants etc within easy walking distance. Montmartre is just a few blocks walk. We’d stay there again if the privilege room was available. Cozy is too tight for us unless at a steep...
Read more1 star for the nice room and decent location. No customer service at all though!
When we checked in we asked twice if we can leave our bag for a couple of days upon checkout since we're checking in this hotel again upon our return to Paris. Lady in the front desk said yes. Come our check out day, the guy in the front desk asked us to get rid of our luggages in their storage room. We then have to move our luggages at 6am and we have a flight to catch in 3 hours. If they did not understand your question, they seem to just say yes instead of making an effort to understand you like use Google Translate. But they cannot be bothered!
During our stay we also asked if we could reheat food in the microwave, we even showed a photo of a microwave with our food, but they could not accommodate. As per the lady in the front desk due to "security reasons, it is not possible in the whole Paris for hotels to let guests use a microwave". Is there any truth to this? How come we can reheat foods in groceries or convenience stores? This is just absurd!
My sister and her husband with 2 kids below 8 years old were also not given consideration to be in 2 rooms good for 4 guests due to "security reasons" again. They have to book rooms good for 5 guests even though the youngest kid can fit and usually sleeps with the parents.
There's no manager on duty it seems and their excuse for any of your requests will always be "security reasons".
Will we stay here again? A hard NO. We wasted a lot of money with the 2 rooms we booked and ended up booking somewhere else where consideration and customer service...
