Dumbo — Restaurant in Paris

So, I would like to address some of the reviews that people have left whilst also leaving my own review. The burger comes in a brioche bun and I'm not aware that these types of buns get heavy or dense and in Dumbo's case, definitely not - it's light and fluffy. The burger or patty is so thin and you get two patties with cheese. It's super tasty. It's slightly crispy on the edge and tender in the middle. People have said this is a social media fad. Well I'm not on social media and found out about this place from the Financial Times, who did an article on the best burger joints in popular cities. I must admit I have not tried every single burger joint in Paris, but after having Dumbo's I do not think I need to. I like the fact you order through a window, no restaurant- just come and get it. Not a franchise and a tiny menu - literally it's a burger joint. Does what it says on the tin. Finally, the pickles add a gentle flavour and in my mind that's right, you don't want that or the sauce overpowering the main event. Chips were yummy and service came with a smile. Highly...

Crazy ducking smashed-burgers. One of the bests on earth. They PERFECTED entirely and every aspect of a classic cheese-burger! The meat’s crispiness and tenderness is obvious from its look. It is just a melting burger.

It is their specialty and they only have 4 options for food : cheese-burger : real meat earth-burger : veggie meat fries nuggets : newbie from a few weeks ago.

People are actually queuing for getting their burgers when there is no actual place to sit. The burger-shop looks like a food-truck although anchored in a building.

Truly one of the best smash burgers I’ve eaten ever. Where to begin.. the bun for starters was like a soft pillow with a nice toasty buttery inside. The toppings were carefully chosen and perfect for a cheeseburger: shredded lettuce, onions, cheddar cheese, pickles. Simple and delicious. Then you have the choice between a traditional cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard or the one with their special dumbo sauce which is kind of a big mac/ in-n-out style sauce. Now, the BEEF. Wow. It was flavorful and tender; the thin crunchy bits on the outside added a texture component that was essential for the taste. Also, the fries were so crispy and well cooked!
