This place is great. The fresh handmade corn tortillas are worth the price of admission. I was unfamiliar with some of the meat choices, more creative and daring than what I've found in taco trucks in California. The chicharron taco was my favorite, probably the most delicious bite of pork fat I've ever had in my mouth, which I'm usually not a fan of (never liked the fat rind on bacon, steak, pork...) The asada was familiar, and very well done. The chicken (they call it Tinga) was well marinated but kinda basic shredded white meat.
I got a porc à l'orange burron was novel but good. It had rice in it, basically a super burrito. Basic flour tortilla. Very good, but small compared to taco trucks. The guacamole was good, not mind blowing, I prefer more lime, onion, and spice.
Workers were super nice, surprised me with English. You can watch them make their corn tortillas, which was fun. Overall likely the most unique and authentic Mexican food you'll get in Paris. The background music was bangin' as well, I heard Bloc party and Lykke...

Sadly there aren't many taquerias in Europe who go through the process. If I understood it right, the fillings changed everyday. I love the idea!! The only thing that I missed, was the option to choose from wheat🌾 tortillas or corn🌽 tortillas. Only tortillas they had where made out of wheat. I honestly prefer the flavor of corn but that's just my preference and I still enjoyed the ones made out of wheat!!! Ambience was great. The restaurant is small but lively. The waiter can speak English, spanisch and french. So really easy to communicate! 🌎 Would love...
Read moreI saw this restaurant pop up on my Instagram timeline and followed this place for 7 months before I went.
Being from Texas and not having Mexican food for 2 years I went with very high expectations. I was let down.
Don’t get me wrong, if this is your first Mexican food experience this will more than do, but for me it fell a little short.
I got a veggie burrito and a michelada. The michelada was brown and tasted like lime juice and soy/worcestershire sauce. The rice in the burrito was over season and the cheese was not Mexican.
There green sauce and the floor tortillas were very good, I’ll give them that.
I’m going to chalk this up to a bad day for the restaurant and come back and see if it’s...
