The worst service ever since!
Don’t buy anything in this store. They are only nice to you when you buy. After the payment is done, they would treat you like trash. I wanted to return a dress that i have just bought for a few days and the whole team (not only one person but the whole team) has found a million reasons to not refund to me, including humiliate me and imply that I’m a liar trying to take advantage from them.
I almost busted to cry in the store by their « teamwork ». It’s ridiculous how a team sniffs around the dress saying that i have used it and washed it, claims that my dress doesn’t smell like the other dress in store, while the state of the dress was exactly the same as the day i bought it, and i haven’t touched it ever since. The tag price and everything is screaming that its new the dress. But whatever, for them I’m just someone lying and therefore well, they don’t even treat me as a client.

I arrived five minutes before closing to pick up a jacket I had already chosen, but the doors were already locked. After some hesitation, staff let me in — only to rush the transaction.
When I asked for a VAT refund, I was told they “don’t do that,” which is not true. Sandro does offer VAT refunds, and this seemed more like a refusal to spend the extra time. To make things worse, they didn’t issue a proper receipt, only a credit card slip — which is not only unprofessional but also a legal requirement in France.
