My mother and I visited the Fragonard Marais store and experienced 10 out of 10 customer service. We highly recommend asking for Andrej at this store, he was extremely helpful, patient, attentive, kind, and professional. We purchased a large quantity of gifts - he checked for extras in their storage room and gave us helpful advice on what the most popular & authentically French fragrances were at the store. It had been over 10 years since we had shopped at Fragonard - they have much more than perfumes and soaps now. We bought some breakfast trays, beautiful towels, linen napkins, pillow cases, a purse etc etc. We highly recommend this store and Andrej looking for a good shopping experience in Paris. The shop is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and it smells like heaven in there. They had a variety of price points for their fabulous perfumes and beautiful soaps and even some great non-perfume items like baby bibs, shoe bags, and dish towels - something for almost everyone! The shop was busy despite the freezing weather but I can understand why - they have infinite patience, easily cross the language barrier, and give you gift wrap supplies so that you can wrap your gifts after clearing customs and returning home! I plan on going back again before leaving; it was such a great experience resulting in so many awesome gifts from one of the pre-eminent French perfumiers that my American friends and family will all love their Fragonard gifts...

We were walking around the marais and came across this store. Fragonard is one of the best perfumer in France. As we came inside we were impressed by the flavors emanating from their perfumes and soaps. Salespeople were very nice. They had many articles great for gifts. We ended up buying lovely artistic paired pillows cases and couple soap boxes with plates. Highly recommended if you are looking for...
