Scammers. They don't respond to emails regarding orders - they never shipped my order, and after multiple attempts to get an update, I requested a refund which was also ignored. Absolutely terrible business and zero customer service. Buy at own risk. In response to your reply: Rubbish. I made my order on Dec 9. I then emailed to follow up on Dec 21 since there was zero update on my order - your team did not reply. I then get an auto email with bogus a tracking number that, to this day, still says is "with the sender waiting to be handed over to the carrier". I emailed yet again on Jan 3rd to find out what was happening, and again, no response!! I then attempted contact via Facebook chat via your business page requesting a refund. Message shows as read, but again.. no response! Tell me how your are NOT scammers? You took my money and then never shipped my item and have ignored all my requests for follow up. Thieves. And no, I most certainly will not be trying to contact your "customer service" again, since it's pointless. Ridiculous that I had to leave a bad review to finally...

Don't trust them... I placed an order before 3 weeks... I had to call them daily to push them to ship it out.. Even now after a week since they send me the tracking number, the parcel didn't departure from France... They keep telling on the phone that they will check & call tomorrow.. But they don't! They didn't reply to any email I sent them to several address...

That's a shame for the french, that such a worth service shop is still alive.

Your reply is NOT true! I placed the order on May 19th You didn't ship the package on time, only after many times I called you, You never call me & never reply to my emails, You finally ship the package on May 30th, But the package is still didn't departure from France.... That's looks...

Sharing my experience here as I can’t seem to get a response from the French blossom website. I placed an order to Canada on April 28. My card was charged and I haven’t been notified of anything (now may 15). I’ve contacted the company twice through their site but no response. I just want an update on the status of my order. Frustrating that I feel like I’m getting no where. Hopeful that my order will come but it appears to be other peoples experience as well.

Update: originally rated 1/5. After I submitted this review the company reached out. My order was filled and sent right away. Only took a week to get to Canada! I was impressed with the response to my review and the shipping time. The product is also exactly what...
