Disappointing and Frustrating Experience at Dumbo Attraction
Unfortunately, our experience at the Dumbo attraction was very disappointing and frustrating. After waiting in line for over an hour, my child and I were finally assigned a number and seated in our elephant. Suddenly, we were asked to get up and leave our seat to make room for two people who had purchased the priority access.
While we understand that priority passes exist, the way this situation was handled was extremely upsetting. The cast members did not clearly communicate what was happening, and we were made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially after patiently waiting our turn.
This kind of poor coordination and lack of respect for guests is not what we expected from a place like Disneyland, where magic and fairness should go hand in hand. It truly left a negative impression on us and took away from what should have been a joyful moment...
Read moreWe joined the queue when the sign said around 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting for over an hour. We started queuing while it was still daylight, and by the time we finally got on, the sun had set.
The ride is charming and classic, little ones especially will love this, and the view from the top is lovely, especially at night when the park is lit up.
The queue is partially sheltered, but a large section is outside. We visited in winter, and with temperatures around -6°C, we were absolutely freezing! Once you're in the queue, it's not easy to step out, so definitely bundle up in colder months.
