The staff are absolutely useless and rude, nobody wants to help, I went to buy a ticket over the counter and I had to wait more than 20 mins as there was only one guy in the counter and it took him more than 20 mins to service a couple in front of me, which leads to missing the my train, I even asked the staff outside to help and they love arguing and they blamed me for being late , they didn't even know how to use the ticketing machine to provide me any help, I ended up taking Bolt to CDG and luckily it was the same price of the train itself. It's such a 🇫🇷 thing...

Super rude staff. The machine printed 3 tickets instead of 4, and customer service refused to help. They just ignored us at service desk, and refused to call manager. Terrible behavior to parents with two young kids. Feels like communist country with their attitude to a customer. Not sure what Disneyland is doing in a place where people can’t speak...

Des accès comprenant des escalators montants et descendants et un ascenseur, près des extrémités du quai partagé par les RER terminus et au départ, permettent d'atteindre la sortie vers Disneyland Paris, la gare TGV et la gare routière sans trop...
