Downside..... I asked at the till before I purchased my item about claiming the tax back, to get skip tax on my receipt, they said okay, I then proceeded to pay and then once my payment was taken, the lady said I needed my passport - which I didn't have on me. Not sure why she couldn't tell me this before (I mean, I KNOW why, she obviously didn't want me to claim the tax back on such an expensive item) but I was very Dissapointed that she left it until after I finalised the payment to tell me this. Read moreFantastic store, fiendly and helpful staff. The store is set out so well and everything is displayed perfectly. The kids have an area to build and play whilst mom and dad shop. The choice of product is great and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend the store to anyone visiting the area. I was served by Lisa who was a pleasure to deal with. The staff provide a great welcome to the store and are very friendly with the kids. I submitted feedback via the address on the receipt and got a very nice email from Magda the Manager who seems very proud of her store and so she should be. The shopping experience is 1st class. If I had a spare £800 I would buy the Lego...
