One of the filthiest places i ever ate at. If i could give 0 stars, i would.
Both me and my partner love Vapiano brand and we enjoyed their meals in Gemamy, Spain, UK, Czech republic and had the unfortunate experience of the branch at Disney Village. We came between lunch&dinner, place was almost empty.
Very arrogant host lead us to our table, pointed finger at it, bark "scan code" and walked away. Fun fact - the code in table was so faded, you couldn't see either barcode or the table number. Ok, no worries. Found a way and ordered online. Table was "cleared" of dishes when we came, but clearly not wiped, it had hair and grated cheese everywhere. Received our drinks with very dirty glasses, same for cutlery received with meals.
Our order took 30 minutes to come (again, mind you, empty restaurant, it was only us and another couple waiting for meal). When we received our meal, my partner had hers topped with charcoal-like burned nuts and mine had insect in it. No Kidding, sitting right on top of the meal, I have no idea how neither chef or waiter didn't see it, it was the first thing you see sitting on top of the (mostly dead and definitely not fresh) basil leaf. Called waiter over, took him minute to even register what he is looking at, and with with almost rolled-my-eyes attitude took the food back. Received new food which was missing the chilli added during order, but i had no will to return it again.
Ordered desserts to be brought to table. Guess what, no desserts showed up. Went to the lovely annoyed host currently behind bar and asked for them. It took while for her to get what we want, she handed my partner 2 random desserts, she had to press to get what we ordered. She pressured my partner into the whole "yeah, this is yours", so she brought it back, very confused. Again, we eat in Vapiano very often and know your desserts. What we got was not what we ordered (which is particulary great with nut allergy and dessert handed over had nuts!) And I had to go back again to request what we ordered. I was lied straight into my face again
Only after pressing the lady that either i want what i ordered or I want refund, they brought the correct item from back. It all looked like they are trying to give out desserts expiring today to limit wastage. While we were there, same thing happened to another table.
0/10, regretting not reading the reviews before going, this place is filthy with mostly incompetent and uncaring staff. Id this was our first and only experience with this brand qe would never set foot in again

Read moreFor the past few years, Vapiano Disney Village Pasta Pizza Bar has been our go-to place for dinner every night. The price / performance ratio has always been good, but this year was the last time we visited this "restaurant".
The waiting times have always been long and the tables are cleared even less often, but what happens here between the kitchen and "service staff" is not normal. While we once again had to wait a very long time for our food - ordering via QR code is adventurous enough for tourists - I was stunned to observe the completely inefficient work of the staff. While the kitchen produces the dishes at high performance, the waiters are completely overwhelmed with the high pace of the kitchen. As a result, the food sits on the counter and gets cold - the dishes are usually already piling up by the time the first waiter shows up and tries to put the order together and bring it to the table.
As an adult who has his hunger pangs under control, this spectacle is interesting to watch. However, since my daughter was already very hungry and I saw that her spaghetti was slowly taking on the aggregate state of ice cream, I got up to bring her plate. That's when I was savagely reprimanded by a kitchen staff member to sit down and leave the plate because this is not a self-serve place. I pointed out to him that I'm a guest here and not a supplicant, that we have been waiting for our food for ages and I am just getting my daughter's plate as she is already very hungry and we want her to have a hot meal. Before the whole situation escalates, I put the plate back, sat in my seat and waited and waited and waited. Long story short, we then ate our lukewarm meal, dutifully paid and left and will never come back.
By the way, I didn't see a restaurant manager there who would have coordinated the chaos, taken care of the guests or otherwise intervened in a coordinating way.
It's sad how the VAPIANO brand is treated there, but I think as long as the tourists go there and leave their hard-earned euros there, everything will continue like...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is absolutely unorganized and incompetent. We ordered food to our table and paid with card on the phone so it would immediately go through. We decided to order another pasta and did the same process just 10 minutes after our original order. 40 minutes pass without any word and we already received our first set of orders. I ended up going through the hostess, waiter, manager, and a cashier before they finally figured out that they completely missed my order and I had wait an additional amount of time for them to make the order that they missed. I understand it can get hectic but no apologies or comments further than are you sure you paid? They didn’t even believe me until the cashier who does the pick up had to check my order if it actually had been placed and paid for. There is a lack of communication among the staff and we were just waiting around after finishing three other dishes of food 30 minutes prior for the missing order of one pasta finally came around. I do not recommend this place for its customer service and if you end up going- make sure you order everything at once and know exactly what you want or else you will end up in the same predicament. On a Monday evening, I didn’t expect to run into this kind of situation. A waiter came up to us and said his colleague was going to offer us free desserts each (the 4 of us) and when we went up to pick up the desserts, the staff said we had to pay and it was clearly not relayed to the staff managing the desserts what we were offered. They said you are getting free dessert just because it was late and questioned us, making us feel uncomfortable. Then they finally gave us the desserts after some discussion among the staff members. The food was decent but the customer service is not pleasant and ruined our dinner...
