Osteria Fiorello — Restaurant in Berlin

Very disapointing. The appetizer (grilled sardines) was nice, but the main dish was unacceptable for the price. We ordered the truffle pasta and the mushroom pasta. The truffle had no taste whatsoever, and the oder dish lacked any type of seasoning. After complaining about the non-existent truffle taste, twice, the bland answer that we go was that nobody complained before us. Seing the others reviews here, this is obviously false... Too bad that no solution was provided. If it's not truffle season, or the truffle is not fresh, please simply don't put it on the menu and charge 18€ for it. Of course, we were not offered any...

We have come here a number of times because we enjoy the atmosphere, but the pasta has been disappointing. We recently tried the carbonara and it wasn’t an authentic Italian carbonara. It was served with bacon, rocket lettuce, no pepper and cream. For those who know carbonara, you’d be expecting guanciale or pancetta, pecorino Romano, egg yolk and pepper as ingredients. We shyly attempted to let them know it wasn’t a real carbonara as feedback and the waitress got very upset and defensive. Even after we gave a small tip she came across as ungrateful...

Very disappointed with the food. Ordered pasta with truffle for 20€ and it was the worst pasta I have ever had. The olive oil on the table is actually some other oil, they pour the original bottle a different oil. In my opinion, this is fraud. When we asked the waitress about the oil, she didn't even blink an eye and said the oil was olive oil. These people are ruining the image of...
