Bad experience ever. ❌❌❌❌❌👎👎👎👎👎 Low level of hygiene, staff don’t wear gloves when making drinks. bad communication, and rude staff. €11.6 for 2 drinks, and it tastes the worst, only artificial sugar flavour, tastes nothing of the said original milk and tea leaves.
Do not mislead by their fake advertisement “ fresh brew tea for every cup” they always use wasted materials. Their cashier would not understand your customised request and transfer to their shaker and drink producer, and they refused to communicate in English if you don’t speak German, services are pool and rude. When I requested 3-4 cubes of ice they pour half cup of ice to dilutes my drinkI was unhappy of this, and the staff doubted me and picked ices out instead of making a new drink. I asked a refund, and they do not refund on your original payment card but rudely slam you the cash in euros.
The other Chai milk tea tastes cinnamon and bay leaves and tastes no milky flavour but just artificially sweet in the case of I requested less sugar.
Writing complaint email doesn’t makes everything work out. They would not apologise but saying something else to shrink the responsibilities.
i am not the only one writing this type of comment, if a store only focusing at their store decoration and design but not emphasis their staff training and food quality, please do not cheating customer with your high prices and faking advertisements. If your store want to make good drinks for everyone on the world especially the tourists, then your staff should be properly trained to speak even understandable English to us customers.
And see their email, they said Oolong tea are suitable for Asian, and Chai tea for European customer, this is another way of advertising the racism. how RIDICULOUS their store culture...
Read moreby far tea-wise the best boba shop in berlin. i have tried various drinks throughout the years and all of the tea options are really good!
their standard tapioca boba is also pretty good, not the best (in berlin) though.
however the only downside is, that it has gotten very pricey. the average drink will most likely cost around 5,70€-6,50€ and if you want even more toppings you’ll end up paying over 7€ which is just way too much in my opinion. if you also want non-standard milk (i.e. non-dairy, plant based, etc.) you have to pay extra 0,2€ which could be done for free, since other places do that as well.
finally, i would recommend to not go in the afternoon on weekends as it gets suuuper busy, and almost no space will be available to sit down, so go on a weekday preferably.
it is also a bit too loud and crowded to study, for me at least, but the internet is fine and you have lots of...
Read moreI basically established myself a home here the ten days I spent in berlin - the tapioca pearls are the right amount of chewy and sweet, you could control your ice and sugar level and they brew your tea individually the moment your order comes in. it’s quite big and filling, and they give you so much pearls it’s wonderful. we tried the black milk tea, jasmine milk tea, oolong milk tea, roasted oolong and chai milk tea. I settled on jasmine for the whole week whereas my partner did a rotation through the menu. Although they don’t have the biggest variety, they do tea GOOD unlike k*do tea one street away. also, after asking I found out the comebuy that’s around berlin is different from comebuytea (this one) - no wonder because the other comebuys just didn’t do tea as well as this place did. jasmine milk tea lovers, this is the...
