Palais Esplanade Hamburg — Hotel in Hamburg

I m staying right now for business purposes at the Palais esplanade Hamburg in room 816 Franz Lieber… I was a bit afraid at the beginning let’s be honest to stay in an old stylish hotel but as being a big fan of design and modern but I just changed my mind very quickly once arrived: The hosting was on top with a very helpful and kind receptionist who even came with me to introduce me to the hotel and my room. The extras such wine, coffee, the welcoming fruits… Even a three days transport ticket pass is included. It’s all about caring and people feel home and they perfectly understood it. My pictures reflect exactly the ones from their website, even better! Can’t wait to train at the fitness center of the hotel and enjoy the sauna right after… The situation is of course really well centered.

OK this place isn't cheap but the suites are unbelieveable. My favourite hotel in Hamburg and will definitely use again. Breakfast is so-so, unfortunately. But friendly and extremely helpful staff. Some rooms look onto a main street and can be noisy but even at the weekend it wasn't all that bad. Good location. Parking nearby is hell though. Wir waren das erste mal hier. Überaus toll fanden wir, dass das Palais sehr charmant ist und, dass nur 2 Zimmer pro Etage sind. Es ist sehr leise und Allergiker geeignet. Uns gefällt auch der adult only Ansatz, so konnten wir unseren Kurzurlaub ungestört genießen. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit, auf die Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten. Das finde ich super für einen 2-Tage Aufenthalt, denn es scheint die Umwelt. Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir folgende: bessere Kommunikation am Anreisetag (bspw. Beschreiben, dass Parkplätze begrenzt sind und nicht für SUVs geeignet, wir hatten ein Hotel mit Parkplatz gesucht und mussten dann 20 Minuten entfernt parken. Außerdem haben wir beim Check-in nur die Karten bekommen und ein freundliches Hallo. sonst keine Informationen wie WLAN, Frühstück, Frage zur Anreise oder sonstiges).
