Läderach Chocolatier — Local services in Hamburg

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, die Filiale von Läderach in Hamburg zu besuchen und möchte gerne meine Eindrücke teilen. Zunächst einmal muss ich das Personal ausdrücklich loben – der Service war hervorragend! Die Verkäuferinnen und Verkäufer sind nicht nur freundlich und zuvorkommend, sondern gehen auch auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass man die Schokolade vor dem Kauf probieren darf, was ein schönes Erlebnis bietet.

Was jedoch die Qualität der Schokolade betrifft, habe ich gemischte Gefühle. Zwar hebt sich die Schokolade von Läderach klar vom üblichen Standard ab, aber für meinen Geschmack bleibt noch Luft nach oben. Der Geschmack ist gut, aber ich hatte mir aufgrund des Rufes und des Preises etwas mehr erwartet. Ich habe bereits Schokoladen probiert, die in Geschmack und Konsistenz deutlich besser waren.

Was das äußere Erscheinungsbild betrifft, ist Läderach allerdings überdurchschnittlich. Die Verpackungen der Schokoladen sind extrem hochwertig gestaltet und verleihen den Produkten eine edle Optik. Allerdings wirkt dies fast schon überproportioniert im Vergleich zum eigentlichen Inhalt. Die hochwertige Aufmachung der Verpackungen steht nicht ganz im Einklang mit dem Geschmackserlebnis, das man im Inneren vorfindet. Hier wäre es wünschenswert, dass die Schokolade in ihrer Qualität genauso glänzt wie das Verpackungsdesign.

Insgesamt vergebe ich fünf Sterne für das fantastische Personal, aber für die Schokolade selbst würde ich eher eine mittlere Bewertung abgeben. Die Präsentation und der Auftritt stimmen, aber geschmacklich ist noch...

What can you say? The chocolates are divine, the service friendly and the atmosphere intoxicating (if you love chocolate). It’s hard to resist some of the world’s most expensive chocolates but the prices help keep your appetite in check.
