Our German colleagues had arranged our visit, just as well, as when we arrived there was a large queue outside wanting a table. We had a party of 16 and they were able to sit us all together. Some of our party took the option to just order a meal selection of the menu, the rest of us opted for the all you can eat option. Two things to keep in mind if you go with this option, there is a large salad selection area biggest I have ever seen, which also holds area for puddings, you can go up as you like, the staff walk around with different meats and or sides, but you can end up waiting a while for them to come to your table. The cost April 23 was €32.50 did I have what I felt I paid no, did I enjoy what I had yes, would I go back yes, now I know what I am doing.

This was the first time I tried a Brazilian restaurant in Europe, as I have only tried it in Brazil and USA. The concept was not quite the same here in Hamburg, and it was just an average experience visiting Panthera Rodizio. As a start there was some confusion about the concept. We believed all guests visited the salat bar, and after getting our salat nothing happened i.e., we did not get any meat. We then learned that you need an empty plate for the meat, and then another one for the salad. Not enough space on the table for two plates, but it worked in the end. The waiters with meat then started visiting our table and food then came on a regular basis. Unlike the places I visited in the past, this restaurant did not have a red and green sign for each guest, so you can indicate whether you are ready for more meat. As for the meat this was an average experience. In general the meat was very salty, and probably on purpose so the guests can order more beverages. Much of the meat was very good, but there was also some dry pieces of meat now and then. Some waiters also came with warm side dishes, like fries, mushrooms, fried bananas, potatoes, etc. unfortunately many of these dishes came very late, as an example we first saw potatoes and peppers when we had finished our meal. The price for a full meal was absolutely fair.

I've been to many Brazilian churasco in different country and this one is not the best I've been. The quality is pretty good for the price (26€) but the waiters not always come to you and will give you most of the time the cheat and less tasty meat. The buffet is fresh and good but really poor not many choice, missing most of the Brazilian typical dishes. The "picanha" is the most famous Brazilian meat and this one is way too cooked and sadly kill the taste and the pleasure of the meat. So it's not a bad place it's really nice but I've been to much better "churasco" Brazilian restaurant. And the biggest mistake for this restaurant is that they don't have Pao de queijo (cheese roll bread) which is one of the most typical Brazilian and Portuguese snack.

Rodizio ist eines meiner Lieblingsgerichte und ich habe schon Rodizio- Restaurants im In- und Ausland besucht. Dieses hier in Hamburg hat mir leider gar nicht gefallen. Erst eine halbe Stunde nach Ankunft hatten wir das ersten Fleisch auf dem Teller und in dem Tempo ging es dann leider weiter. Die Qualität des Fleisches war ok, die Art wie es teilweise angeboten wurde (entweder zu roh (nachdem die gegrillte Schicht verreilt war, wurde der Spiess einfach weiter an Gäste verteilt, die sich offensichtlich nicht mit Rodizio auskannten) oder totgegrillt) und auch die Abstände zwischen den Spießen war einfach nur traurig. Es kam 4mal jemand mit Schweinerücken vorbei (der war ja gut, aber irgendwann hat man davon genug...und das bedeutet, dass eine halbe Ewigkeit kein anderes Fleisch kam), dafür kam das Picanha (Tafelspitz) nur auf Nachfrage (und war dann tot gegrillt) und das Lamm haben wir nur am Nachbartisch gesehen, zu uns kam dann keines mehr. Die Ananans kam dann erst, nachdem wir schon bezahlt hatten und gerade gegangen sind. Die Kellnerinnen, die zwischendurch immer wieder verschiedene Gemüsesorten an die Tische brachten (wir wurden ca. 7x gefragt, ob wir Champions wollen...die Antwort war 6x nein) waren sehr freundlich, statt Pommes, Reis, Brokkoli, Pilze oder Paprika hätte ich mir aber lieber Fleisch gewünscht...deswegen geht man schliesslich zum Rodizio. Alles in Allem kenne ich das einfach deutlich anders und bin wirklich enttäuscht gewesen. Mich sieht dieses Restaurant sicher nicht wieder. Bzgl. des Bildes...ja, Gegrillte Ananas mit Zimt ist super...die kam aber wie gesagt erst nach über 2 h (und mehrfacher Nachfrage durch den Nachbartisch) als wir gerade gingen und da waren auch alle gegrillten Teile schon an anderen Tischen abgeschnitten worden...so hat das kein anderes Rodizio, bei dem ich jemals war, seinen Gästen angeboten. Echt traurig!

Vor gut 20 Jahren betrat ich zum ersten Mal das Panthera Rodizio, und seitdem bin ich immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Das Konzept dieses Restaurants ist einfach unschlagbar: Hier bleibt wirklich niemand hungrig! Das liegt nicht nur an der Fülle an köstlichen Speisen, sondern auch an der einladenden Atmosphäre, die unverändert geblieben ist – und das ist gut so. Was den Besuch im Panthera Rodizio so besonders macht, ist die Qualität und Vielfalt der Speisen. Von saftigen Fleischschnitten, die direkt am Tisch serviert werden, bis hin zu einer Auswahl an Beilagen und Salaten, bietet das Restaurant für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt des Panthera Rodizio ist seine Eignung für größere Gruppen. Ob Familienfeiern, Firmenessen oder einfach ein fröhlicher Abend mit Freunden – hier findet jeder Platz, und das Serviceteam sorgt stets für eine entspannte und fröhliche Atmosphäre. Es ist einfach großartig, gemeinsam einen geselligen Abend zu verbringen, während die verschiedenen Fleischsorten vorbeikommen und nach Belieben gekostet werden können. Nicht zuletzt ist es die Beständigkeit, die mich immer wieder ins Panthera Rodizio zurückführt. Trotz der langen Zeitspanne hat sich an der Einrichtung und dem Konzept wenig geändert. Das Ambiente bleibt typisch gemütlich und einladend, so wie es bereits vor zwei Jahrzehnten der Fall war. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch, was das Restaurant zu einem festen Bestandteil meiner kulinarischen Highlights macht. Insgesamt kann ich nur sagen: Wer das Panthera Rodizio noch nicht besucht hat, sollte das dringend nachholen! 🍽️ Hier gibt es nicht nur gutes Essen, sondern auch eine Atmosphäre, die zum Verweilen und Genießen einlädt. Horrible attitude from the waiter. Bossy, confrontational, and don't care for their clients. It is ridiculous that you need to wait for the rest of the table to finish their salad to be able to get the meat that is constantly passing by. The meat was ok, but nothing amazing, often too raw. The best pieces pass by only once, but the potatoes, mushrooms, and other fillers pass by constantly. This place is like a canteen with so many people that they don't pay special attention to anyone. I was particularly dissatisfied with this place. The bill was of 200 € for 4 people with drinks.
