I’m Brazilian, and had an underwhelming and weird experience at this place.
Had a table reserved for 9pm, and was informed at the entrance that any guests who arrived later than 9:30 would be denied entry, even though the restaurant closes at midnight. the rodízio system is a complete scam, and would be unacceptable in Brazil. They require you to go to the salad bar first, empty your plate, then wait for appetizers (rice, beans, vegetables, etc), eat those, and only when everyone is done they begin serving meat. Unreal. this system wasn’t explained when we arrived. It was explained by a waiter who wasn’t allowed to serve us, but expressed this literally as “I won’t serve you”. another waiter literally refused to serve meat to my colleague, who was eating salad, because meat must be served in a bigger plate. So she had two plates the entire evening. I couldn’t believe it. after I questioned this, this waiter felt the need to stop at our table repeatedly and talk for 5 minutes at a time about why this system is the way it is, and can’t be any different. Really, really annoying. the appetizers also took a long time to arrive, enough for me to ask for the manager, and ask the manager to order the appetizers, so we could eat them and then get meat. the meat was good by European standards, but we were limited to 3 or 4 cuts only, because by the time we could eat them it was already 10pm and the good cuts were gone. our waiters didn’t really listen to people’s preferences, and were in a hurry. They also didn’t pay enough attention to the guests who spoke limited German/Portuguese. they had grilled pineapple, but we had to ask for cinnamon. Shouldn’t have to.
This wasn’t a cheap dinner, so all in all it’s definitely not worth it. The whole thing should be a great experience,...

Firstly, our party of nine had a reservation made well in advance, but the restaurant had lost it. Luckily the place was half empty so we could be fit in two tables, but in rush hour we definitely could not have gotten in.
From the very start, one of the waiters bringing us meat was extremely rude, aggressive, and downright angry in his attitude. He kept screaming (!!!) at us in Portuguese, which only one of our party speaks, and treated us like children as he was scolding us for not being familiar with the concept (offering a plate to him from the back corner of the table so he could serve the meat, apparently he wanted the plates to stay on the table, and was yelling at us for this). On his every visit to our table, his attitude and behavior ruined our atmosphere completely.
Long story short, when it came to paying, another waiter who took care of collecting our money (almost 450€ from our party) was very pushy about adding tip. With this kind of service, they definitely didn't deserve it! While one of us still used the bathroom at the end of the meal, the rest of us went to wait outside. The same waiter brought his backpack out to us, asking very rudely "is this our tip?" We couldn't believe it! The attitude, the rudeness of these two waiters was unheard of, and completely ruined our night's atmosphere.
It is sad, that the service of other waiters and waitresses, who were friendly, nice, and sweet to us, was ruined by these two clowns, and thus they didn't get tipped either.
The food itself was alright, very salty and nothing special, really. There are definitely many better places in the city to spend 37€...

We had been looking forward to a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary, but the evening was completely ruined by poor service and an underwhelming dining experience. We waited nearly an hour and only saw Picanha—the supposed highlight of the menu—once. It was only after complaining that more meat was brought to our table. Meanwhile, the waitresses repeatedly served bland side dishes like broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Despite us politely declining multiple times, they kept bringing the same uninspiring options instead of focusing on the main attraction: the meat.
The salad buffet was unimpressive, barely surpassing cafeteria quality. As for the meat? Cheap cuts that were often dry, excessively fatty, and overwhelmingly salty, seemingly to encourage ordering more drinks. Nothing about the food felt authentically “Brazilian”—not even the pastel de nata, which was disappointing for dessert.
The only highlight of the meal was the panna cotta, but even that wasn’t enough to salvage the overall experience.
Adding to the disappointment was the venue itself: loud, chaotic, and far from the kind of ambiance you’d want for a special occasion. Considering the subpar quality of the food, the outrageous pricing feels like a complete rip-off.
Our anniversary was entirely spoiled, and we left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. We won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable or enjoyable...
