Instead of this korres shop,visit the Naxos apothecary shop around the corner for a better experience of buying korres products. I went to this korres shop with face mask on. Wanted to try some range of fragrances before I decided what to buy. The staff only let me try 3 fragrances but refused to let me try anything more. I understand there is virus issue but what's the problem in the staff spraying perfume from a bottle on my hand? She said there were cameras and it is not allowed as the company policy. I do not understand how spraying one more tester could have made any difference to them. I asked her if I could come the next day and try but she said no. I asked her if they stock anywhere else in athens that I can try, she said she didn't know. I found the whole experience completely unhelpful and rude.my partner even said we do not get to see so much range in the u.k. but she was not having it. She could have offered me some samples to take away and try. Company policy or not, I found her attitude rude and anyway this policy does not make sense. The staff member today with the somewhat blond, curly, short hair was quite rude without a reason. I asked politely (as a normal person would) about the serums and she didn't want to explain them, when I asked again, she put all the serums in front of them and made loud sounds banging them on the table, as if to say she didn't have any time to chat with clients. (The store wasn't busy mind you.) This made me not want to support the store as I had wanted to buy a lot more. When I did buy something she didn't even offer to give a bag for my purchase. Happy to see customers leave was what it felt like. An experience that seemed like her job duties were beneath her and she couldn't stand being around people. I would suggest to the store to give training for how to act kind and professionally to clients. I'll not be shopping here anymore so long as she's there working. I don't want to support workers who are clearly rude...

Having read previous comments from people who have been visiting this store before, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I am very happy to share my outstanding experience. The stuff was very kind and supportive in any way. The products are probably the best Greek cosmetic products you can buy. I am beyond satisfied with every single product I have bought. The prices are very fair and they always have a discount for you if you buy several products. If you want to treat yourself with selflove - this is it. Definitely my place to go and gift my skin...
