Me and my family stayed in 2 rooms - double and triple. There were some pluses and minuses, but overall very good option for stay. :) Pluses: location near Syntagma metro station and to Plaka or even Acropolis, breakfast options wide, lift, very good eqipment in the rooms - mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, safe, scale!! (Loved it if you need to weight your luggage), small hotel amenities, A/C, slippers, hangers, kettle and some coffee and tea. Also very friendly and helpful staff. :) Minuses: hotel needs to improve some of the very used equipment - our wc seat cover was broken :(, in double room the fridge was not working, the bed linens had some stains!! - the linens were washed, but had unwasheble stains and I think they should get rid of those... smaller breakfast area for so many rooms. In conclusion, we were satisfied with the accommodation, but I cannot give the best rating. There is room for improvement and am rooting for this hotel to be better. :) Thank you for everything.

Extremely well positioned central to shop's restaurants and Ancient Greece attractions. Everything within 25 mins max waking. We walked to the Acropolis ok and Likavitos. Near bus and trains and taxi rank outside hotel. Lift only fit 2 people and slow. Continental breakfast. Supermarket around the corner. You have a mini fridge, which is great for storing milk and cold drinks. 24/7 reception. 7 floors. Just a few shops away is Wok. Excellent food. I had vegetable noodles, very fresh and just short of 5 euros. It was a blessing when arrived late to the hotel at 11.30 pm. Very clean and friendly staff. Noisy street though take ear plugs. Not suitable for wheelchairs.

Pro Perfect location for exploring! It is near the airport bus stop ( bus X95, airport to Syntagma square and vice versa). The Concierge has been very helpful and provided great recommendation on how to tour Acropolis. I was advised to save my energy and just take the metro to Akropoli stop. It's just 1 stop from the nearest station, Syntagma. After exiting Akropoli stop, walk your way through Acropolis, Acropolis museum, Plaka, then back to the hotel. The metro stop is also near the small entrance in Acropolis which is less busy than the main entrance. Con Bathroom and elevator are really small but manageable

I’m really glad I chose Pan Hotel.

At first, I only booked for one night. But due to a sudden change in my schedule, I needed to extend my stay for two more nights, and I made this request just few hours before my check-out. Unfortunately, my original room had already been booked by someone else because of high demand. But still, the front desk didn’t hesitate to help me. Instead of making me transfer to another floor or room, they made an extra effort to adjust things so I could stay in a similar place without any hassle. Their thoughtfulness and care for my comfort really moved me.

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. It may not be as luxurious as top-notch hotel, but the warmth of their service made it feel like appealing to me.

I want to especially commend the kind lady in charge of the breakfast area. Every morning, she would ask me if I had eaten. I was on a strict fasting routine. Her consistent care was touching. On the day of my check-out, I finally decided to have breakfast, she welcomed me warmly, introduced me to the menu, brought me eggs, and even peeled and sliced fresh peach for me and prepared my warm tea. That level of personal attention is rare.

Pan Hotel is a quiet and peaceful oasis in the middle of busy Athens, they really offer authentic warm Greek hospitality.

Highly...

The hotel is in a good location your close to the main sights and town The staff are polite

The reason for 3 on service is cleaning some areas are clean well and sometimes there not the mirror I had in the bathroom had black marks on it and the lady who cleaned the room left the bag of rubbish on the desk (I think she just forgot to pick it up after she finished) the walls could do with some painting as there was black marks on them

The reason for 3 stars on room the room is average it was a good side for a solo traveller the only things I didn't like was the bathroom mirror had black marks and the bedroom wasn't soundproof I could hear everything from the top floor downstairs , the lifts and the room next to me and the view wasn't great I was looking at a ac vent and wall which made me keep the curtains close most of the time as I didn't want to look at the wall also when reading what's included in the room there was only coffee stashes there was no tea bags there or milk yet stated tea and coffee facilities

Overall I did enjoy my stay but hopefully in future the rooms would be more soundproof so you don't hear the lifts and the people around the top and bottom floors and the rooms next door and there be teabags in the room with the...

This was a nice, clean, modern hotel, however this is the sort of hotel you would stay in for only one or two nights max (thats all you really need in Athens anyway). Service was great, however they did mix up our keycards when we got there but was sorted. The lift is super slow and really small, can barely get two people let alone luggage in their and feels unsafe. Had a room on the 4th floor (404), the view was a brick wall but didn't have any outside noise which was good. It was a clean, modern room, with a safe and mini fridge and tv, beds were really comfy. Bathroom however was a bit of a disappointment, was aged and smelt when we arrived which wasn't pleasant. Breakfast was typical continental, not much choice but was enough to keep you going. Location was great, about 2 minutes from Syntagma Square and 5 minutes from Monastiraki and 10 minutes from Acropolis, great central location. Overall, for the price you pay, it was great value for money, but still has room for...
