TransferPlan-Crete — Local services in Municipality of Heraklion

The initial contact and first pick up from the airport was very professional and efficient.

However, 1 day before our return I was sent a message saying that the return trip cannot be made because the route to our villa had inaccessible roads - which was not the case - and we had spent the week taking local taxis to and from the villa with no problem.

So I had to find a replacement at the last minute and ended up having to spend more money than it would have cost having booked in advanced.

Was a real disappointing end to an otherwise great trip.

EDITED FOR RESPONSE: I'm not sure why TransferPlanCrete is now insisting there is no road to this villa - considering they delivered us there on the first journey - using the road. Plus our second group, also in the same village had 2 hire cars - which also used the roads. In addition, we spent a week using local taxis many times, with no problems on these apparently non-existent roads.

As was discussed in our messages, your initial message to me regarding the return trip was not clear, so it was only confirmed to me 1 day prior to our leaving.

So this is the extent of TransferPlan's professionalism, for all to see, written by themselves.

Everything was perfect! I highly recommend ❤️- communication was great from the beginning, both drivers were very nice, professional and on time! Also big thumbs up for them for surviving two crying babies, hahaha. Both- infant seat and baby seat were prepared for us as requested. We decided to pay in the destination and we paid the exact amount we agreed on when booking online, no extra. We were scared in the beginning because we never used service like this, but after this great experience, we would definitely use your services again.
