What could of been the best time of our holiday out on a boat turned onto the worst, at the start of the safety talk my last words to (I think the owner & his female assistant) was can we visit St Paul's Bay to which they both said yes. This was 1 place I really wanted my partner to witness for its beauty scenery. Also we had been liaising via message and had the whole conversation in the black & white, I'm always particular in getting a price with as much detail as possible, so we both know where we stand when reaching payment part. As you can see from the message transcript the price was agreed at €260 4 hours on a private boat then 15 minutes each on 2 jet skis when we returned, the jet ski bit was argued that it was just for 1 (even though in black-and-white message it clearly states 2, 1 each ) we let this slid as we was both excited for the following boat ride. As for the boat ride we started a fabulous journey stopping of at some beautiful places, my partner seen in the video wasn't an expert driver but I thought what an excellent time to give her some experience driving the boat. PLEASE NOTE IN AUDIO OF MYSELF YELLING HER TO MIND THE BOYS WHEN APPROACHING BEACH AREAS as this is a definite NO GO AREA For boats as these areas are for swimmers. So we enjoyed following the coastline towards St Paul's Pay, on approach to the entry of the bay, I believe to be 1 of the owners approached and madeus stop in what my partner felt like a threatening way. ( it turned out not to be as such but still a little unnerving so say the least) He handing me a phone from the owner ( I believe to be Mike but can't be sure) who said we must return immediately to his launch pad, saying he'd had a phone call about driving to close to the beach and that person was going to call the police????? At what point is considered being to close to a beach when you are cruising slow well outside the swim boys? In the message transcripts uploaded here he clearly states the problem was mainly going out of an agreed limit and driving to close to the beach, which tbh infuriated myself & my partner as we considered ourselves very safety conscious when operating on open waters, we were even given many waves from people sitting on the beaches and other passing boats. So a total time of maybe 2 hours of enjoyment then the long forced/demanding perhaps slightly threatening return I estimate maybe just under 3 hours of boat time. On return tbf the owner wasn't threatening but I believe that was because I was putting my point across in a calm and dignified manner, even though I was truly pi*sed right off with the events We explained we would longer want the jetski and an embarrassing refund imo was offered and because I wanted away from the situation I took it without even counting it and we made are way from the situation as we both agreed to disagree. I have my own reasons for the supposed reporting as my partner was topless at some points of the trip & believe some one reported her or didn't like it. Anyway any one booking via messenger pease make it extra cleat what the price is totally for and don't let the fool you they don't understand English as you can clearly see my reply were in comfortably English understanding. And also triple check the places you can actually visit on the boat, St Paul's Bay is literally behind.Lindos and was ask about visiting before we left.

The say the least we were absolutely totally dissatisfied with the whole handling and attitude on the second half of our trip as this had been planned over a year in total. And it was totally ruined imo no fault of ours. I will certainly never use the hire company for the reasons above but the main one my partner being so upset and half a fay ruined 😕 I big let down although the boys helping us dock and come of the boat were excellent. Look at the video and message transcript and decided for yourselves if this was a threaten police matter, and make it clear what you are getting what the money you are paying. I used the Jet ski and next was ringos ,amazing experience ,my first choose was Jet-ski and in this day i had big waves on the sea because it was my first of jet ski, it was tough at the beginning so i suggest for persons which will take adwantage about your first time for choose calm sea ,also the guy was really helpfull and cares about safety he explained everything,in next day i choosed the ringos 🤩 It was super fast and great in short time! give me a lot of adrenaline and fun(pro tip -you should hold tight) ,thanks the helmsman which perfectly steers the boat . What can i add.. i recommend to everyone which will be nearly this place to use the service from Mikes...

The boys were nice enough to instruct us during our boat trip ( our first contact with their team) but after that, when we wanted to do more water sports the treatment was .. let’s just say bad (especially from the lady from the desk). We were delayed 2 days for the parasailing which we understood because it was something about the winds but the third day we went again (3 people) and the answer was no. Reason? The same and to mention that during the day people were enjoying the parasailing. If you don’t accept 3 people then remove it from the brochures.. i see a lot of good reviews and i get them but for me and my family it matters a lot how we’re treated...
