East West Center Atitlàn — Local services in Sololá

I had the Craniosacral and EFT treatments and both were a unique experiences. The center is set apart from the bustle of San Marco and we were welcomed by Vanja to a growing herb and fruit garden and the loveliest rescue dog. In advance of booking the appointments the communication with Juliana was exceptional. We started off with email communication and then transitioned over to what’s app. I was able to discuss the different treatments available and they were flexible with the schedule to accommodate my friend and I for an afternoon of peace. I chose to have the craniosacral treatment and the EFT session. The craniosacral was hard to describe as it was unlike any other energy work I had done before. I came out feeling refreshed and reflective. We were served a delicious snack and enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake and chatted to them both. The EFT session was a hands on session to introduce me to tapping and the EFT practice. Before the session Juliana had asked me to answer 12 questions to help her prepare for the EFT session. The questions were emotionally challenging but the work I put into answering them made the session that much better. Juliana must have spent a lot of time processing my answers to create a personalized EFT program for me. I was given a folder of information to keep.

I cannot recommend my time at the East West Center more. From the first contact, I knew I was going to have a special experience. Juliana was so accommodating and made everything so simple, from paying the deposit to directing me how to access the Center. Despite arriving very early, I was welcomed like a friend. I had a tarot session with Michelle, which was much more collaborative than anything like this I had explored previously. Michelle was so warm and compassionate, and I felt completely safe. I feel so much more confident in my journey following our time together. I was provided with beautiful home made tea and fresh fruit - all so delicious and wholesome! Following this, I had reiki with Juliana. I had a consultation with Juliana, and we explored my energy levels and what I hoped to get from our session. Juliana asked if I felt comfortable with her using craniosacral therapy - I was very excited about her using this approach, which I’d heard of but never tried. It was a such a powerful experience - the whole time I felt so held. Juliana worked intuitively, including crystals and essential oils and we talked afterwards about what had come up and how I can move forward peacefully. I really feel like my time with Juliana and Michelle is going to have a lasting impact on my life and I’m so grateful to have had that...

Me and my girlfriends came for relaxing trip to this magical lake and through some research ended up at the East West Central Atitlán for a massage. Our booking experience with Juliana was perfect. She sent us the menu via WhatsApp, helped us arrange transportation and squeezed us in. The magic of the lake extends to this serene wellness center and the experience you receive as soon as you step foot on the dock. Juliana was waiting for us with umbrellas to walk us up the hill for our massages. We were then given a tour of the grounds, the restaurant and then finally our massage rooms. We were perfectly paired with our massage therapists and given an amazing massage. It was a perfect balance of relaxing, therapeutic and healing. My friends have been massage therapist for 10+ years and I have worked in spa management for several years so we speak from experience when we say we highly recommend East West Center if you’re looking for an amazing experience.
