Everything about our stay here was wonderful! They were extremely helpful and easy to work with as soon as we booked out nights. They helped with some of our questions about transportation. Once we arrived, we were in awe of the whole place. Vicente, the on-site host, was superb. He helped us with any questions we had, called for tuk tuks for us, even arranged a private taxi for our trip back to Antigua. Vicente and the main host were extremely easy to work with and would check-in via whatsapp.
