Cafe Bakery & Restaurant Tercer Ojo - Fata Morgana Group — Restaurant in Sololá

This place is a very disorganised, unprofessional, and strange establishment. We waited 1 hour and a half for our food after waiting 30 minutes to get a menu and order. When the food arrived some of the dishes were cold and many elements were missing or replaced by other, unexpected items such as frozen goats cheese. Afterwards, we were overcharged. When we first asked, the waiter actually lied to us about the order to get us to just pay up. The management offered us a partial reimbursement of the overcharged amount. I’ll say that again. A partial reimbursement of the overcharged amount. We also sadly stayed two nights at this place, where the room was not ready for us and was double booked. Our group was split into two other, worse rooms and made to wait for them to be cleaned. While we waited, we ordered coffee hoping that we might get a discount or even have them free as an apology for the problems. Instead we waited 35 minutes for drinks which we paid full price for after they refused our request for a discount. Fair enough. Their playlist consists of 3 songs with only one line in each repeated for 15 minutes. They play these constantly dawn until dusk at an antisocial volume. Beyond this, over half our stay we were without water or power. When we asked, they lied to us saying the whole town had no water, but we later discovered that no other restaurant or hotel had this ‘town-wide drought’ over multiple days.

Don't go there! Totally overpriced and not good food or service! The ravioli came completely undercooked and hard and my friend had a raw bloody burger even she ordered it medium rare but it was cold and undercooked. The walnut gorgonzola sauce didn't have any walnut in it. To see the server to order food, nearly took half an hour but at least he was friendly. After we've sat down at a table till getting out fixed food nearly two hours past. And after two hours they've told they were out of ravioli . A week ago I have been here and had the fata burger. This Restaurant was awful. Estreia was our server and she was terrible. She brought us a margarita drink instead of the pizza. We pointed and the menu to the pizza and even mentioned that we would share the pizza between my friend and I while pointing at the page. We asked if the drink could be removed and she said no then claimed to not understand English after speaking to us in English.
