This place is located in a very nice locality in indiranagar. Ample space to park the car under tree shadows. The seating inside the shop was near and well spaced(5/5)

We tried the top 3 best sellers of Ibaco- Fruit mix, raja bog and lychee. No disappointments there. Ice creams were delicious and the quality of the ingredients were good. However, the taste of artificial flavors were slightly dominating on the raja bog variant. ,(4/5)

The catch is here- 'Pay per gram'. So if you order for a scoop of icecream, they will scoop it up in a way that each scoop would weigh above 150 grams. Pls note that the general weightage of a scoop is 80gms. Net net, you end up paying Rs200 for one scoop which is exorbitantly high for an artificial flavoured icecream. Even weird, they won't reduce the size of the scoop after putting it in the paper cup. I would say this is a 'strategic trap' to milk out the customers. For this weird behaviour, I would rate their customer service as (1/5)

Net net, if you want to spend some leisure time with family in a peaceful place and are fine with an artificial flavoured icecream, head out to this place- but just call out the size of the scoops appropriately while ordering...

Ordered Swiss Choco Symphony Ice cream cake. It is just too good when you want to eat ice cream cake. The packing is charged 10rs. extra for home delivery(not sure about the pickups) but it's worth for an ice cream cake. 4 packets of coolant were placed on 4 corners to ensure that ice cream doesn't melt and yes it didn't. I was scared that in delivery, the ice cream may melt but it didn't. The cake was as is.

About the cake: Bottom layer is a thin sponge layer (vanilla flavor-eggless) 2nd layer is vanilla ice cream 3rd layer is chocolate ice cream Top layer caremal sauce topped with chocolate flavored whipped cream and choco-vanilla chocochips. Ibaco ice creams are just amazing.... The best thing about this place is the location. The location is so calm and peaceful that it doubles your enjoyment.... I would highly recommend this place as they have many varities to choose from. The best thing is the ice cream cake. I bought ice cream from this place on my sister's birthday and trust it was the best cake of my life.... Not bragging much but yes please give a try and experience by yourself self.
