Toys N Toys Baby Shop — Local services in Bengaluru

Extremely bad experience... though visited this shop multiple times one staff named sunitha showed very bad attitude... I had to buy wash cloth which was in the lowest compartment.... I had to bend down completelyn search through all the varieties available... she showed only one item, which I said I dint like... after that I had to look through the whole section bending down completely and she just stood by watching... if she had to watch me take whatever I want then wat is the point of having staff for help... very very sick attitude... worse part is shes back answering saying because u dint like wat i showed, therefore i let u only fetch watever u want, atleast a little help wud be nice ... i hv visited the store multiple times in the last 10 months... atleast the new staff , they know less but r atleast helpful..this lady is an old staff with lots of arrogance...will never visit the store again with one person of such...

This shop have all the varieties of toys for different age groups, but staffs behaviour towards customers especially male staff was rude. Yesterday we bought foot ball board game for Rs 2100 and requested him to check whether all the parts and manual for assembly were there or not, he was so reluctant to show us anything and his behaviour was like if you want take it Otherwise get lost.... We were compelled to buy that product since our child was crying for the same and only one piece was there. When we opened the packet at home there was no instruction manual and no sufficient screws was there in the box. When i asked if there is any issues can we return/ replace thr item he told very rudely that there is no guarantee for their product... If you bought over.... No choice for us....... Not at all recommended...

In terms of quantity, they are definitely well stocked but range of branded items are much less. Two or three floors crammed with toys, board games etc. Most look dusty and lots of fake brands too. Service is nothing great. Actually just one girl there seems pretty active. There was a timid looking girl supposedly there to help customers, I asked her if I could open a box of toys to check the condition of the toys inside, she took the box, went downstairs, kept me waiting and no sign of her. I then went dorm, she was dealing with other customers. When I asked her what happened with my request, she just gave me the sealed box back and asked me to ask someone else. So I didn't bother, left all the stuff I wanted to buy and walked away. Had a much better customer experience at a more well known Toy shop in...
