Recently, I had some interactions with ICICI,HDFC,SBI and IDBI for various things including Ed..Loan, Dmat issuses, FD Certificates etc. So the ranking is relative. From Web and Mobile apps - ICICI easily will come out on the top - while a sbi yono even wont open easily. On branch services - i still see ICICI front desk executives very polite and smart and will do needful. For a FD Bank certificate for ed. purpose - it took an hour (actual 10 minutes rest waiting for manager)- but they are helpful and made changes as needed. In HDFC waited for 3 hours and could get it only next day.. Of-course, don't expect to meet BM and others easily, unless you have some big business to offer :)- On ed Loan hdfc sold stake in Credila and so they were not interested. SBI - PBB manager was able to provide all details himself and even provide emi calculations instantly, while we could not get them others.... If you know someone things will happen faster in general.. I would still rate them higher...based on my experience here .. And when you give your number for loans etc, to one bank .... the entire loan network will get to that and your number as well and you will get calls for a while... (open...

I got transection charges of rs 1644 without any reason!
When i visited this branch (this is my home branch) to check this but sadly they don't have clue about it and simply they say speak yo our customer care for anything u ask them.
Even the senior representatives of the bank is having no clue about it.
If that's the case than what's the point of branch why do we visit? Is it only for new account opening? better close the branch.
They are very good when you opening an account but post opening u won't get any support from them!
I used to think icici is having very good customer service but now i have experienced it and never gonna recommend to anyone anymore.
