Editing my earlier review since I recently (probably in February) saw a rat (a large, live rodent) run across the floor of the service area and the staff just tried to kick at it a bit and did not seem surprised or concerned in the slightest. I have not been there since.

Earlier review : I absolutely love the food here, everything is very reasonably priced and the sambar is just perfect. If they added plain sambar to their menu, I'd probably order it every day. All their dishes meet a high standard of taste, quality, and temperature(I can't overestimate the value of food that's hot enough to warm you on a cold day but won't burn your tongue). Even the staff are kind and service is very efficient. Somehow even the colourful clientele are interesting and amiable, possibly due to the optimal pricing. Most importantly, they respect queueing so placing your order isn't a shouting match. The management definitely got a lot of things right, but could you please add the option of sugar free/stronger filter coffee and add another seating space/table on the left? I love that not a lot of people know of this place right now and am writing this review at the risk of making it more popular (I already barely have a place to sit/stand). So much better than its much more popular(and more expensive)...
