Visited this restaurant on a weekday for a long-awaited get-together with friends, only to be greeted with disappointment at every turn. Despite its supposed reputation as an old establishment, our experience quickly turned into a nightmare. First and foremost, the lack of attention from the staff was glaring. No one bothered to approach us for seating, and when they finally did, their indifferent demeanor made us feel unwelcome, as if our presence was an inconvenience. Upon asking for recommendations, we were steered towards the most expensive dishes on the menu, a blatant attempt at upselling. Ignoring the warning signs, we decided to try the tandoori chicken, only to be met with utter dismay. The chicken leg pieces were shockingly small, reminiscent of pigeon or crow meat, and emitted a repulsive odor that made our stomachs churn. Adding insult to injury, the staff displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing our concerns. Their apathy was palpable, leaving us feeling utterly neglected and disheartened. We didnt bother to order main course. The only redeeming quality of this establishment is its ambience, which, admittedly, is visually appealing. However, the allure of the decor pales in comparison to the subpar service and abysmal food quality. In light of our disappointing experience, I have no intention of ever setting foot in this establishment again. The management should seriously reconsider their approach to customer service and food quality before it's too late. It's high time the authorities intervened, as the exorbitant prices charged for such substandard fare amount to nothing short of daylight robbery. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment. Trust me, the interior may be pleasing to the eye, but the overall experience is nothing short of a letdown. Consider yourself warned.

2024...14💫 It's in demand ..so you can make a table reservation (if one is lucky you will get a table otherwise it's waiting but for a shorter duration). OR you can take a chance and walk in.. chances are it's a long wait.. so if it's a sudden decision be prepared to wait.. Loved the interior.. pastel with red and green indian motives. Tables are well placed so it's convenient for the movement of the staff and guests. The aroma wadding around wets once appetite.. and you do get ready to place the order.. Steward is there to take your order and helps you in suggestions from the menu according to your preferences. Our order for the drinks and starters were served chilled and piping hot. And they complimented each other. Only our main course took a wee bit more time to be served. Which really took a toll on our appetite. But the staff were really courteous and served us well. The food though was delicious. Clean washroom. Ample parking space.

It was our first visit here. From the online pics it looked like a grand and formal place. But it actually turned out to be a small cozy and casual place. We loved the tandoori chicken and tandoori cauliflower. The garlic naan was perfectly soft and chewy, and served hot and dal tadka was good too... And pretty strong on garlic. Even the lime soda was good because the soda was strong and nicely chilled. I had to ask for some mint chutney to go with the chicken. The server brought it and it was free, so I wonder why it wasn't served along with the chicken in the beginning. The staff was cordial and pleasant. The place could look more spacious without the huge chandeliers because the very low carpeted ceiling can make it a little claustrophobic. The table clothes are pleading to retire too. I realise it's an old establishment, but a little renovation would do wonders. Will surely visit again and try other items soon.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tandoor, a heritage Indian restaurant and bar, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the restaurant's inviting ambiance. The warm and rustic decor, combined with traditional Indian elements, created an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

The menu at Tandoor is a culinary journey through India, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to different tastes. I started with the Tandoori Platter, a medley of succulent kebabs cooked in a traditional clay oven. The flavors were exquisite, and the meats were perfectly tender and seasoned.

For the main course, I opted for the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. The Butter Chicken was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of spice, and the garlic naan was freshly baked and mouthwateringly delicious. The menu also has numerous vegetarian options, making it suitable for all diners.

What truly stood out at Tandoor was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always ready to assist. The restaurant also has an impressive bar with an array of Indian and international beverages, perfect for pairing with your meal.

The experience was further elevated by the live Indian classical music, which added a soothing and cultural touch to...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tandoor restaurant in Bangalore with my extended vegetarian family, and it was an experience worth raving about. With an ample selection of vegetarian options, we were delighted by the variety and quality of dishes offered.

From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a pleasant dining experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our meal.

The menu boasted a decent array of vegetarian dishes, catering to our dietary preferences perfectly. Each dish we sampled was bursting with flavor, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. From the creamy paneer delicacies to mix veg curry, Rotti's etc, every bite was a delight to the senses.

One standout aspect of our meal was the freshness of the ingredients used. It was evident that care had been taken to source high-quality produce, resulting in dishes that were both vibrant and delicious.

Overall, our lunch at Tandoor restaurant was a memorable affair. The combination of flavorful vegetarian options, welcoming ambiance, and attentive service made it a must-visit destination for anyone in Bangalore. I, for one, will certainly be adding it to my list of go-to spots for future visits to the city. Highly...
