This restaurant offers a mixed experience with its food and ambiance standing out, but unfortunately, its atmosphere falls short due to overcrowding.
Let's start with the positives. The food at UTHRA restaurant is undoubtedly a highlight. The menu is diverse, with a wide range of delicious options to satisfy different palates. Whether you're a fan of traditional Indian cuisine or seeking something more experimental, UTHRA has something for everyone. The flavors are rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the presentation is appealing. From aromatic curries to mouthwatering kebabs, the culinary offerings are sure to please discerning taste buds.
In terms of ambiance, UTHRA restaurant has done a commendable job creating an aesthetically pleasing environment. The décor is tasteful, featuring a blend of contemporary and traditional elements that exude a sense of elegance. The lighting is well thought out, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident, and it adds to the overall dining experience.
However, the downside of UTHRA restaurant lies in its atmosphere, specifically the issue of overcrowding. The popularity of the restaurant has led to an excessive number of diners being accommodated at any given time. This results in a noisy and chaotic environment, which can detract from the dining experience. The lack of personal space and the constant hustle and bustle can be overwhelming, especially for those seeking a more relaxed and intimate dining setting.
While it's great to see a restaurant thrive, UTHRA needs to address the overcrowding issue to ensure a more pleasant atmosphere for its patrons. Implementing a reservation system or limiting the number of guests per seating could greatly improve the overall experience.
Long story short, UTHRA restaurant in Indiranagar, Bengaluru impresses with its delectable cuisine and appealing ambiance. The food is top-notch, offering a variety of flavors to satisfy diverse tastes. The restaurant's décor is aesthetically pleasing, creating an inviting atmosphere. However, the overall experience is marred by overcrowding, leading to a noisy and chaotic environment. Addressing this issue would significantly enhance the dining experience at UTHRA, allowing patrons to fully appreciate the food and ambiance without feeling overwhelmed by the...
Read moreWent there this Sunday. I ordered one plate soya chaap and one plate sarson saag and roti combo. Got the chaap and the sarson saag after a while. The chaap was fine. Then I got the sason saag combo. As one can see in the pics - I was a little bit taken aback due to the saag quantity. As one can see a portion of half a cup is not sufficient for two rotis. I wanted to ask about it but I thought of eating and telling later if it turns to be inadequate.
As expected I ran out of saag after one roti. I told the waiter to give me some more. Just after this, the manager got back to me and asked what I wanted. I told him I need little more of saag since the quantity is very less. He immediately retorted saying that can't be done. I was startled to hear this since he didn't he even listen to my problem or tried to empathize. Didn't even look at the quantity. I replied asking if it is possible to finish two rotis with half a cup of saag. He again retorted that it is not possible for him to do anything and management has fixed these rules. Nowhere was he trying to understand what I was saying, didn't at all speak about the quantity - just persistent on denying, giving management remarks. I told him fine if he doesn't want to listen what can I do. To this he left saying - I will give your feedback to management.
Never have I ever faced such rude staff behavior in a restaurant for such small request. As one can see in the pictures - the restaurant was quite empty since it was mid-afternoon when I eating and he could've easily adjusted my request. Also this was my first time and if I had known before that this was the quantity being offered I would've not come.
While leaving he asks if I need bill copy and leaves without any courtesy. The behavior was very different compared to the start when he asked if I wanted to order soup while waiting 5 minutes for my order to arrive as if only motive he had was to make...
