नमकीन और अन्य मीठे स्नैक्स उत्पादों जैसे तिल के लड्डू, टिल गजक, मूंगफली की गजक आदि के लिए बहुत लोकप्रिय दुकान, पर क्यों यह इतना लोकप्रिय है? क्योंकि यह बाजार बहुत अधिक फुटफॉल को आकर्षित करता है , यही है एकमात्र कारण । लेकिन मेरी माने तो इस दुकान के उत्पादों को हाइजेनिक वातावरण में नहीं बनाया जा रहा है। इस दुकान के ठीक सामने एक और दुकान है जहाँ कुछ (६-७ ) कर्मचारी इस दुकान के लिए सभी उत्पाद बना रहे हैं।

मैं कुछ समय के लिए वहां रुक गया और उन्हें उत्पाद बनाते हुए देखने लगा। इस दुकान के उत्पादों को एक सामने ही छोटी सी दुकान में बना रहे थे जो एक खुली सड़क पर है और सब कुछ बिना किसी स्वच्छता के खुला था। यह सड़क गंदगी, धूल से भरी है और हवा के संक्रमण के साथ भी होनी चाहिए क्योंकि इस सड़क का फुटपाथ अविश्वसनीय है।

कृपया कुछ भी सामान ख़रीदने से पहले यहाँ के भीड़ को और सामने बनते हुए सामान को जरूर देख लेवें।

Very popular shop for Namkees and other sweet snacks products like Till ke laddu, Till gajak, Pnuts Gajak etc. Why it is so much popular? The only reason being the huge footfall in this market.

But in my point of view the products of this shop is not being made in hygienic environment. Just opposite of this shop there is another shop where the skilled workers are making all the products for this shop.

I been there for some time and observed making them the products. There 6 to 7 workers were making cooking/making the products in such a small shop which is just on the road and everything were open with no hygiene.
