The worst experience from this restaurant, as my friends recommended, I went to Qasr for first time today, Ordered starter malai Tikka, and main course beef Raan with juice. Waiter said malai Tikka will take 10 minutes to prepare. We said ok, . Then after 15 minutes he served main course food before serving starter. We asked for starter he said 10 minutes more. Our main course got finished, like it was almost half an hour, but still starter didn't arrive. When I asked about this waiter replied in a impolite manner, he started shouting on us that I bought juice as starter. They didn't hav manners to apologize for thr own mistake, instead he's favoring himself. Manager said he's new person ,so we didn't say anything, but he started defending himself, and even didn't apologize for his mistakes .Very bad behavior towards customers .
