Hi there ! I'm gonna share my experiences about Onesta Banjara Hills Hyderabad. First of all we will talk about Food. Food : The quality of the Food is satisfactory, Onesta never compromises with the quality. I never ever feel cheap in the quality of the food at Onesta. We can surely consider Onesta in quality of the food. I would like to rate FOOD 4.5 out of 5.

Service : i have been here many times, service was good, but when i visited just 1 day ago i experienced low service . We reached the restaurant and waited for more than 30 mins no one came to attend or ask for an order. We asked them to ask for an order. They were used to offer water first then ask for an order but no one served water. Many items were not available but mentioned in the menu. I would like to rate service 3 out of 5 as of May 2023.

Atmosphere: Atmosphere and ambience is good, but it feels the same every time we visit . Even they are not taking care of the ambience much. This place is not too busy and crowded so we can surely consider Onesta to spend some quality time with family and friends.

Payment Options: They offer many types of payment Options so do not worry about it .

Over-all Feedback - I would like to rate Onesta 3.5 out of 5 as of May 2023.

About Onesta is a F&B-Casual Dining outlet that offers a unique dining experience. It serves a variety of delicious dishes from around the world, including Italian, Mexican, and Indian cuisines. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating and a warm, welcoming staff. The menu features a wide selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, as well as a full bar. Onesta also offers catering services for special occasions. With its delicious food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, Onesta is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with...

Onesta is possibly the best pizza option in Hyderabad. A true gem of a place!

Unlimited non-veg pizzas plus 1 beverage plus 1 dessert for Rs.399+tax. Veg is just Rs. 349+tax.

To help you with a comparison, a medium non-veg pizza at Domino’s is typically Rs. 350-450. Not only does Onesta give you more (read unlimited) options within the same budget, the pizzas themselves are on an altogether different level.

The pizza: Onesta lives up to their promise of “honesty” They don’t try to fill you up quickly (as many buffets do). The pizzas are all extremely thin crust, so you’re not getting full on just bread and you can try as many pizzas as you desire and still have room for more. The toppings are generous. Each pizza is (roughly) 7 inches in diameter and cut into four slices. Dessert options are limited and nothing outstanding. But after you’ve eaten, 5 full pizzas (20 slices), you might wanna skip dessert. I usually do.

The service: It’s best to order a few pizzas at a time as they make the pizzas fresh and service typically takes 6-8 mins. If you’re in a group of 4, order around 5 pizzas in one round. When you’re close to finishing them, remember to order another 5 in the second round so that the new pizzas arrive in time.

The ambience: Seating space is ample Unlike the original Koramangla outlet (which, despite its merits, feels like you’re sitting in a crowded bus), the Banjara Hills store is quite spread out. The tables are a good 8-9 feet away from each other - something to really appreciate during a pandemic. The place can get really noisy sometimes They have a few different types of chair, the small steel ones are not the most comfortable.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Value for money: 6/5

Overall: 5/5 (strongly...

3days old and it’s slowly picking up the buzz around Banjara Hills for its Value for money Italian buffets and pizza’s.. @Onesta coming from the same chain of Barbeque Nation has recently stepped into Hyderabad after its mark in Bengaluru..! It’s well known for its Italian & fusion thin crust pizza’s , ravioli, tarts..!

Wooden tables, steel chairs, unfinished brick pattern walls, open kitchen, couple of live counters, 75-100pax seating capacity all together makes your dinning experience pleasant and comfortable...

It has 2 buffet options making it easy to choose..! Unlimited pizza desserts with one beverage veg 450₹ non-veg 550₹ Unlimited whole menu at veg 600₹ non veg 700₹

Coming to food covered almost all the categories from the whole menu starting from short eats like #FishFingers #CrispyChickenWithBBQSauce #jalapenocheeseballs #VegSourAndSweetPlatter Followed by Main course #FarmHouseSpecial #PaneerTikka #ChickenAlfredo #pizza #MushroomAndRicotta #Ravioli #MincedChicken #Lasagne #BasilPesto #Arrabbiata #pasta Accompanied by Beverages #VirjinMojito #BerryBlast #OrangeMintCooler #OreoDelight #SaffronFudge Finally with Desserts #tarts #CoconutCheesecake #tiramisu #mousse #TeasCakes #Cookies Not to forget the complimentary #Focaccia bread served at the beginning ..!

Among all lasagna, paneer tikka pizza, all short eats need a spl mention which are too good.. Though pasta tastes good it needs little more sauce and to be thick. Square pizza were disappointing..! May be it should be served warm when asked at live counter..

Overall a worthy visit and do I come again ? Yes for their thin crust...

Spent about 75 minutes travelling to get here and then found that the place was on the 2nd floor, not on the 3rd, as mentioned. But once I got in, it's so nice - the lighting and music is on point. There's also the cricket match playing on a TV, if that's your thing. The kitchen is behind a transparent window, so you see what they're doing as they prepare the food. Nice! I was so prepared to leave satisfied (caused I've every one of my visits to Onesta so far - different branch). But left quite disappointed, really. The extras were good (starters and sides). Things I specifically loved: Chicken strips (was surprised by the flavour) and the spicy cheese garlic bread (the onions were a nice touch). Okay, now for the bad things: 1. No water on the table - guess they weren't expecting people to show up today. 2. The shrimp is a no-go. Don't get it - it's rubbery and not good at all. 3. Chicken keema (sandwich and the pizza) was a bit disappointing - it was all meat in the front and all vegetables at the back, instead of a layer throughout. I'm not too certain, but it might not have been keema (seemed to be bits of chopped up tikka chicken). 4. Both the pizzas I ordered came hot, but with too many toppings that it was barely a pizza. I mean, who puts a whole bell pepper worth on a small pizza? 5. Finally, they kept forgetting my orders - had to repeat myself twice, and they ended up forgetting to bring one item in the end. To top it all off, they couldn't process the pre-payment I made, so I ended up paying twice for the same meal - so not worth it. NEVER coming back ever again

Onesta is a very good place for a pizza eater. Although it has many other dishes like pasta etc.i liked the pizza over here. There are combos like unlimited veg buffet, unlimited non veg buffet etc where one can pay only freakin 369 rupees and can eat any number of pizzas he wants. We also get a Beverage (I liked the green apple mojito) and a dessert of our choice which is included in the menu. There are a range of 15 pizzas in the vegetarian menu. You will find these pizzas less fatty than those you get in dominos and pizza huts. Thats what makes you eat soo much 😂. There is also another choice called the unlimited veg buffet which costs rupees 639 in which u can eat anything in the restaurant how much ever you want right from the pizzas pastas to the desserts and beverages. The taste is very good. You can find this resto in the 3rd floor of the building. You can also find Barbecue Nation in the same place but dont go there 😜 and enjoy Onesta. This building is situated next to Taj Krishna and opposite to City Center Mall. The only problem i had here was its too far for me and some Ac's were not working. I want them to open some new outlets preferably near the As Rao Nagar Sainikpuri or Atleast Secunderabad. Too far mann petrol karcha 🥲. I had to take a metro to Irrum Manzil and later a 20 min walk to reach the place 🥲.
